This is a huge fraud website service. They took $3000 out of my account and keep charging my card until I contacted bank. I have gone thru worst so be aware. They will keep asking for more and more and will not release the domain back to use and lock it. Don't be fooled.

I closed my account and they are still trying to charge my account. They try multiple times a day. Thank God I paid with cash app and don't leave money in the account dont have my bank account linked to the account. They have tried for months. I dont know what to do, close my cash app to get them to stop.

I didn't order the membership I didn't start the membership someone else did that on my account I want my money back I did not request this it was done without my permission please give me my money back put it back on my card I've done contact and support they keep saying return tomorrow we will return tomorrow Tomorrow never comes this is wrong and I want it took care of please

This company bliz is not good they scam. When u decide to leave the dont want to release your website. After 2 years with no sale they refused to let go of my website

Honestly this was one of the biggest wastes of money to date for my business. I was presented with a web page that was half operational , most of the links went to the wrong spots, site has been broken more than working. It started off well but quickly turned to a disaster. Every single thing I need done I couldn’t do myself. We went with Wordpress for the platform and it has got to be the worst one to use. I am now paying another company to completely redo my page. Complete and total waste of money. $4k gone.

If I could give them a lesser rating, I would. They were commissioned to create a website for me. I had contact with one person initially. Then was handed off to another individual. I TRIED to give him a chance, but his accent was way too thick. I couldn’t understand a word he said. I told the original guy that I couldn’t work with thud individual. I was then switched over to another individual. His accent was only slightly better. But I wanted to give him a chance. Well, I wish I had taken my money from the get go! This individual kept putting things on the site that were not in alignment with my wishes and he put the about me part in an awkward place that made no sense. He then confused reviews with testimonials. And the website was unattractive. To make matters worse, he did not keep commitments to call me on two occasions. And as of about 3 weeks ago, we were still far from launching the site. I signed on with them during the summer. That time line is beyond slow!!! I finally asked for my money back about three weeks ago for failure to deliver. I am still waiting even though they say they have sent the refund in for processing. They said it’s the bank that is slow. I call BS! I do not believe they have done anything to refund my money. A) If you don’t want to stress out trying to understand what the developer is saying, B)if you don’t care that the developer seems to lack skills as a developer, C) if you don’t care that they don’t get back to you as promised, and D) if you don’t care if your site is not done in a timely manner than hire them! Otherwise, find yourself a reputable website developer that has enough command of English pronunciation that they can be easily understood, creates a site as per your wishes, and delivers a product that is attractive and completed in a suitable timeframe.

In the beginning, everything seemed to be structured. They would provide me with updates and stick with the project plan. Not to mention, they never disclosed all of their fees and services in the initial consultation. I paid $5000 for the "lifetime" maintenance and hosting package which included the app and now I regret it. My site has been live for 3 months now, every time I ask for an update to be made it takes weeks and I have to follow up profusely for an update. I've shared my honest feedback several times and there has been no improvement. App still isn't live and they can't seem to provide proper updates. Please find another company that will deliver on time, be upfront with their fees and not require you to have to babysit their tasks.

Worst company ever! This company will promise you the world and then never deliver the quality work that’s promised. Do not waste your time! These people claim to be Shopify partners yet once they finish the first phase they try and sell you their own and then say they can’t do something on Shopify unless you pay for the most expensive plan which is $300+ a month which is totally a lie and scam for them to get more money from you. They also refused to give me a refund when they tell you they have a money back guarantee after I was displeased with the quality of the work, was nearly impossible for them to get anything I asked for correct, was a complete waste of my time plus and the took days for them to do simple tasks, let alone having them change my project manager after the first phase when I said I wanted to stay with Shopify and not use their custom website platform and my second project manager I could barely understand her bc her English was so broken. My Shopify activity log showed they literally spent 12 - 20 mins a day (3 or 4x a week) and was the biggest waste of time. In order to get a refund I had to file a chargeback with my cc company bc they refused and they also told me good luck with trying to get my money back from a chargeback, which I thankfully did get back after contacting cc company. This company was such a horrible experience. Cannot believe this company has 4.8 stars on trust pilot?! Do your research on this company and do it well bc they have multiple affiliated companies under different names and have seen so many bad reviews on other sites and with BBB where there’s so many complaints similar to the issues I had and there was even a lawyer on one of the sites saying the entire company and affiliated companies were all being investigated and said the company claims to be here the USA but is in fact not which would explain my second PM not speaking English well at all. Don’t make the mistake I did! Not worth the time and hassle.
