Less than 1 star. Informed by site I was credited $200 and they claimed notification was sent by “system error”. Did not receive any credit and they took no responsibility for the error. Do NOT put your money in this site. Any other would be better option.

I won a raffle then was emailed with oops, sorry
I received an email i won 200 sc in a raffle. I contacted them and was placed in a holding pattern for 30 min before I just closed the chat. Then I received another email saying "oops, it was a mistake. Sorry." No compensation. Mistakes happen sometimes but I think you can expect an email from this casino saying oops it was a mistake every time anyone gets a good payout. Or likely thry won't even respond to the redemption.

If i could give -5 stars
If ibcould give -5 stars, I would absolutely. They sent me an email saying i won 200 free sc, no mention of amy stipulations, and said its was already in my account. I had won some kind of promotion. Of course, when I went to play, feeling pumped as can be, there wasnt jack squat. They claimed it was a mistake and that i wasnt getting it. Im in talks with a law firm just to show them whos boss. They'll pay me that, amd for my attorneys. Whos laughing now blitzmania...

**1-Star Review
**1-Star Review: Congratulations! You're a Winner! Just Kidding.**
Imagine opening an email that proudly announces you've won **1st place** in a raffle. Not only that, but it tells you exactly what you've won: **200 SC + 200,000 BC**. It even goes a step further and states that the prize is **already waiting in your balance**.
Naturally, you log in excited to claim your winnings.
Nothing is there.
At first, I assumed it was a simple delay. Then I contacted support. Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with vague scripted responses about a "system error," an "ongoing review," and promises that an email would be sent later. No explanation of what actually happened. No confirmation of whether I won. No acknowledgment of why I received a personalized email claiming I was the first-place winner.
The most frustrating part wasn't even the missing prize—it was the complete lack of transparency.
When I asked whether the problem was the reward itself or the email, support refused to answer directly. When I pointed out that other players were reporting the exact same winner email, support continued repeating the same canned responses about a possible system error.
Eventually, it became clear that multiple people had received the same "Congratulations, you're the big winner!" email.
Let that sink in.
A company sent personalized emails telling players they had won first place in a raffle, specified the exact prize amount, stated the prize was already in their account, and then later claimed it was a mistake.
Mistakes happen. I understand that. What I don't understand is how a company can send out a false winner notification for a substantial prize and then handle the fallout with scripted customer-service responses that avoid answering the most basic questions.
The issue isn't that a technical error occurred.
The issue is that players were given a powerful emotional high—being told they had won a significant prize—only to discover it wasn't true. Then, when they understandably wanted answers, they were met with vague statements and non-answers rather than honesty and accountability.
Had Blitzmania simply said:
> "We made a mistake. The email was sent in error. We're sorry."
I would have been disappointed, but I would have respected the honesty.
Instead, I spent hours trying to determine whether I had actually won, whether the prize was delayed, whether my account was affected, or whether the entire email was invalid. Support appeared either unwilling or unable to provide a straightforward explanation.
For a company operating in a space that depends heavily on player trust, this is a serious problem.
Players should never have to crowdsource answers from Discord because customer support won't provide them.
Players should never be told they won a prize that doesn't exist.
And players should never be left wondering whether a "system error" refers to the raffle, the prize, the email, or the entire promotion.
If your promotions are real, communicate clearly.
If your systems fail, own it.
If you make a mistake, say so.
But don't send people a personalized "YOU WON FIRST PLACE" email and then act surprised when they expect the prize you promised.
Extremely disappointing experience and a textbook example of how not to handle customer trust. ★☆☆☆☆

blatant Scam
Still no response from support on resolving my disputes or paying my redemptions, despite my attempts to reach out and make things right. 0 stars.

I have literally emailed this site
I have literally emailed this site, i have recorded proof that they never tried to pay! I spoke to my bank. B this is just very sad, that I get a big run around over 75 dollars its so ridiculous! And I get the same response, let me hand this over to a certain team, just way too blow me off and give them more time! So so so pitiful...
