Do not play here! I went into a $7.50 bonus round my phone went dead. When I finally got my new charger and plugged my phone back to keep some juice I went back to continue my bonus. Usually when you are playing online at a casino if you stop mid bonus and logout or stay logged in and or leave the site and return back to the casino and open the game the bonus is still there. Instead of Blitzmania being fair like other places I've played like Hellomillions and or all of B2 services and High 5 Casino plus many more Blitzmania did not reboot the game with my bonus round and I lost over 100.00 something dollars plus 7 more free spins. As well I played 2 weeks straight lost over 2,800 dollars for the same results no bonuses and when I did get a bonus I could count on one hand how many bonus rounds I played. With 3-4 bonus rounds and them not dropping more then $13-$30 each round with that change landing 1 or twice out of 8 spins! Reached out for courtesy credits today because I just refused to walk away empty-handed after being down too much. They refused to give courtesy credits and free play. Which ticked me off more playing over here. So I have closed my account and will not be returning at least if I am going to geg ripped off and go all the way I'll go somewhere that I'll win no matter how long I've had my account or how little I spend if I lose my winnings then it'smy fault for beinf greedy! But this place wouldn't even let me hit to minimum threshold for cashout at $50.00(sc). I cursed em out to via chat! I wouldn’t even give a star, I’ve had two occurrences with this TRASH OF A CASINO. A few weeks ago, they emailed me saying I won a promotional thing they had going, Then emailed me again not even an hour saying that it was in Error.. Multiple people, not just me. I took it lightly, ok, cool, mistakes happen, wasn’t a big deal. then, and THEN, (there’s that “and then word.” I decided for the very first time to buy their $30 package, so I verify, it all goes smooth, Play up to $900.00. Then we have problems.. I redeem, Email says it was good to go, a shit shocker, They tell me that They are closing my account, I am banned, for going against terms and conditions. Ya know why? I used a debit card to purchase that package, but gave them a different card to redeem my winnings. Oh holy hell. I gave them absolutely everything they needed/wanted with card #1. they asked for the debit card I purchased on, sent that to them, clearly has my name, the name of bank, another shit shocker for ya, they wanted my Statement for proof of purchase (When clearly it wouldn’t be on this months statement!! I I told them I wasn’t able to get into my bank account because I no longer had the email address, it is a card I have had since 2019. I have used this Card countless times for purchases and have been able to redeem on another, with absolutely no problemos. My $900 is still on my account, but restricted. Why? to give me something pretty to look at while they drive the shitshow. I wouldn’t play here. Promise.

I am disappointed with my experience regarding Blitzmania’s responsible gaming process. On two separate occasions, I contacted support and informed them that I had a gambling problem and requested that my account be permanently closed/self-excluded. Rather than immediately restricting my account, I was told that an additional confirmation was required before a purchase restriction would be applied. My account remained active, and I was later able to continue depositing and gambling. After this occurred, I requested a refund because I had proactively reached out for help before the later deposits were made. Blitzmania denied my request, stating that the restriction had not been applied because they did not receive the additional confirmation they requested. I have since filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General requesting that this matter be reviewed. My hope is that Blitzmania reconsiders my case and reviews whether its responsible gaming process adequately protects customers who clearly disclose a gambling problem and request permanent self-exclusion. I will update this review if the company resolves the matter.

Going on to almost. Month now… I’m so disappointed, I finally find a platform that suits me, and so far has not paid me $1500 instead they Froze my account t so that I can not redeem, they asked me to verify my cards and bank account, do I did, now they just give me the same B. S. Answer , that the team is reviewing the documents and will email me once they have concluded their review… please 🙏 just make it right, and i will change my review to 5 Stars
