I have played a lot of social casinos (see my reviews). Tried out this website because of the sign up bonuses, was initially getting rinsed on Peter and Sons but ended up winning a decent amount on the last slot. Now I finished by KYC and have submitted a redemption request. I am pretty worried based on other reviews on this website, but I have faith in it. I will absolutely come back and update this review with my experience once the redemption is processed. Updating my review to a 1 star for now. Attempted to withdraw via ACH, for some reason it failed. Tried to withdraw to my card and the redemption was rejected, no idea where the SC went. It just disappeared. I contacted support and all they said was that they would escalate the concern. Very poor experience so far, just waiting to get my money. FINAL UPDATE: THEY PAID.

Got a good deal over the weekend and hit big and they actually paid out! It took about 48 hours after my redemption but for me its 5 stars as I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops. I have one more redemption I am going to put in as well hopefully the 2nd one goes smoothly too, I will update this review if it does.

Not sure why this site gets a bad rap. I have had an excellent experience with quick redemptions (+$6k redeemed). I was a little concerned at first when my first $1.3k redemption was credited back to my account, but customer service was very prompt to explain their redemption policy does not permit withdrawals over $1k at a time. Absolutely no problems after splitting it into two transactions. They have a great variety of games, and a clean UI. Keep it up, BlitzMania!
