I do not recommend this casino. They allowed me to deposit money, play, and make a profit, but problems arose when it came time to withdraw my funds. They rejected my driver's license because, according to them, it was too close to its expiration date—even though it remains a fully valid official document and has not yet expired. The worst part is that the requirement for an ID to have at least three months of validity remaining before expiration appears nowhere in their terms and conditions. After I complained, I was told it was a policy of the third-party provider responsible for document verification. That is completely unfair. Customers have no way of knowing about hidden requirements that aren't published before depositing money. If such a condition exists, it should be clearly stated from the start. Otherwise, it looks like an excuse to delay or block withdrawals. My advice is to be very careful before depositing on this platform. Make sure you know all the verification requirements—even those the casino doesn't publish—because you could end up in the same situation I did.

I was an affiliate for BlitzMania and they stole two months worth of significant traffic from me, never paid from them at all. The affiliate managers went ghost on me after they made threatening comments about finding me at a large affiliate conference happening that next week. Everything screenshotted and documented. So then I proceed to live chat and take a screenshot of the email and the agent proceed to tell me that they understand how I can be confused about why I would think there's free spins there but they can assure that I have no free expensive credit in my account. Having used plenty of other online sweep casinos, Blitzmania is not transparent with there rules pertaining to referral bonuses. Go online right now and look up there requirement for your friends. it says a referred $14.99 purchase apparently it's $20. But actually it's $39.99. the lack of transparency and failure to honor a referral bonus they will likely receive back anyways shows the validity of this company.

Terrible costumer support! I got a deceptive email about free spins and got gaslit by a support agent. According to them I apparently misunderstood the email. To be clear the email I got is borderline deceptive marketing, no clear markers for purchase requirements and when I confronted them, support twisted the wording in the email to support their narrative. Just rediculous. To the support agent, you know who you are.
