BlissyReviews of blissy.com

Having used what was supposed to be the UK website was disgusted to find that on top of the £98 high cost of the pillowcases there was an unexpected £13,47 import vat charge. Yes its in the small print of you look far enough but it was supposed to be UK site. Never again.

I bought 2 queen Blissy pillowcases. I had heard so many rave reviews on them claiming peoples hair was not crumpled or messed up when they awoke. I sleep on my back and do not turn from side to side. I thought this was the answer to my flat back hair on my cotton pillowcases. I was quite excited to use one of them that night. I was expecting my hair to look nice as was advertised by some people but my hair looked worse than it did using my cotton ones. Sorry Blissy not worth buying. If it did what you say it was suppose to do it might be worth the price and a good review. You probably don't give refunds either.

Ordered eyemask end of October. Shipped October 29th. The DHL tracking number was sent to me. The shipping status has not changed since November 2nd...28 days ago now. Their support team keep just resending the tracking number to me and telling me that international shipping may take 14 days despite it being over 30 days since it shipped!! To add insult to injury they sent me a request a few days ago to review my non existent item. Now I see here that I may be liable for customs duty as well?? Appalling company. Avoid avoid avoid!

Beware totally robbery, price of pillowcase is one thing but was charged 23euro custom charge when arrived. DO NOT BUY.........

Cant comment on pillowcases yet but didn’t know about the customs charge. £14.83 for delivery of pillowcases and a further £14.83 for a sleep mask. Downright robbery. Told should have read the small print. Feel like sending them back but would probably cost a fortune. Beware.

Expensive and over rated! Waste of money. Doesn’t keep your head cool at night. The hair thing they claim is BS!

I ordered from Blissy.com as I thought they were part of an offer that was apart of GMA holiday special. Silk pillow cases. They had their ad attached to their website as a pop up. . I purchased what I thought was a $69.00 dollar purchase which in turn I received a $217.00 invoice. I have called and called left messages never received any return calls from this company an adding in many emails never to have a response. Now I get an email saying they have shipped my order that I do not want. I will give an update with the conclusion once I have one. LeeAnne P.
