The Blissy website quotes UK prices in £ and to all intents and purposes looks like a UK website. In fact they are quoting prices excluding customs duty & VAT on product shipped from the US, but that's buried in the small print. When challenged about this their response is to say that customs charges are outside their control (not the point!), and "Have a great day". There is a consistent pattern to this over many customer's orders and I have no doubt that the pricing is deliberately misleading. So only buy if you're prepared to pay some 10% more, have delivery delayed, and deal with a company of doubtful ethics.

I live in Canada and had ordered a pillowcase in November. When I received the confirmation it had the correct address but wrong country. It stated Taiwan. Not even close on the drop down box for me for make a error. I contacted Blissy right away and was advised there was nothing they could do. I thought well maybe they'll use the postal code... Nope! When I called again, they stated there was nothing they could do. The lady that helped me was not overly helpful, she used corona alot! I get this I understand things are slower, but there was no I'll send one out right now, and then when the other one is returned it'll be fine... no! This is to be only gift the recipient is to receive for Christmas and it has just been ruined. They won't send out another one till this one is returned. So barring all things, likely will not have this February! I work frontline in an essential service, I understand the impact Covid has had in slowing things down, but we always work to find a solution to help the client. This was Terrible and disappointing Service!!!!

Total scam!!!! DO NOT use BLISSY!!!!

Very disappointing customer service . Product looks lovely so I placed an order on 2/12. After checkout, was notified that delivery couldn't be guaranteed for Christmas. Also read that additional customs charges would apply if buying from UK . In view of this I decided to cancel my order and emailed and messaged Blissy within 2 hours of placing my order requesting to cancel. Subsequently received replies to say cancellation not possible as order had shipped. However only received email to say my order had shipped on 3rd December. Would suggest only order from UK if happy to wait 3+ weeks for delivery and also to pay additional custom charges.

Absolutely appalling company. My order is obviously lost as tracking not updated in 5 weeks and all they can say is to wait. When I ask how long I am expected to wait they say it’s out of their hands. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shambolic.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! This is a total scam! When you are clicking your purchase and then click to check out their system automatically doubles your purchase and then it tries to confuse with trying to get you to buy a bunch of other items. I checked on 2 pillow cases and ended up getting charged for 4 pillow cases. I never received any confirmation for my order and their customer service is a complete joke! I will be reporting them as fraud on my credit card!

I ordered 4 cases. When I was done, there were many pop ups, making near impossible to get to checkout. Because of this I ended up ordering things I didn’t want. At checkout there was no way to edit my order. I tried to contact Blissy., which is impossible. They ask you to leave a message. You never are able to talk to anyone. I wish I had never placed an order. CarolK

My wife purchase 2 consignments from them, and we received an invoice from a Uk customs agent. Their web-site says it’s a UK site. So it’s illegal. Everybody who has a problem with Blissy do something about, Phone Rip off Britain, if you used PayPal tell them, make their life ( Blissy) miserable.
