Non-existent customer service. I wish I had read what other people before ordering from Blissy. My order is 10 days past the delivery date. If USPS can't get out of their own way, ship it with another carrier!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. Don't ever answer the phone, does not respond to emails. Save your money and go somewhere else. Should have listened to reviews

They state 'free' delivery but deliberately don't mention import charges. £98 for pillowcase then another £16 for import charges. Ordered in October and cancelled when found out about the charges yet still no refund. They keep just sending me postage tracking which shows an 'attempted' delivery on 28th October. Shocking customer service.

Please read all negative comments before you purchase from the UK I wish I had. The Blissy website looks like you are buying from the UK with free delivery, in fact you are buying from the US and will receive an import charge but this is not boldly highlighted on their website, that says it all really, they should be called ignorance is bliss, bad bad company!

No order confirmation still at day 3. But they definitely made sure to charge my card. Sus...

Terrible. No order confirmation sent. They look like a Uk company selling in GBP. Absolutely no warnings during the buying process they are in fact based in the US. Tried to cancel my order BEFORE I even received a confirmation. No luck. Don’t buy from them. There are many more local sellers to buy from who don’t need to hide their whereabouts. Roll on the lengthy wait and high customs and duty charges.

omg.. i have never experienced such an illegal transaction in my life.. ILLEGAL PRACTICES ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE.. ADVERTISING FOR THREE WITH ALL THEIR DISCOUNTS 44$ .. UPON CK OUT THE GRAND TOTAL WAS 199.88. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY BANK TO PUT THIS IN DISPUTE. THEY CANNOT BE REACHED OVER PHONE.. THEY SENT A CONFIRM EMAIL AND GOT A HEAD BASHING IN RETURN. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.. UNBELIEVABLE

pillow spray- tiny size, way too strong of a smell for just one spray. I tried to put up my honest review on their site and they never posted it. I think they are only posting the positive ones so beware you are not getting the full story or what customers think
