Very similar to the experience of others. i ordered more than 3 weeks ago and when i track my parcel it is still sitting in a warehouse in California!! i’ve tried contacting them but it’s not worked! I definitely do NOT recommend this company!

Can I give them zero stars?? I ordered 1 - was charged for 4. I immediately sent an email to customer service to cancel, they replied - they would get back in 24-36 hours. It’s been 3 days, and now I sent harsh emails. I just recieved a reply “sorry we cannot change your order as it is in shipping.” I think the company is dishonest and a possible scam. Or just a really badly run company. Let’s see if I get my money back when I return them.

Very disappointed as the claims do not stack up. Can only have refund if not used. Customer Service replies and advice inconsistent. Buy elsewhere for the same quality. Will not use again

Stop ordering from Blissy. On 12/09/20, I placed an order and my credit card was charged $287 on 12/09/20. As of today, 12/28/20, the shipping status is: pre-shipment/ label created. Contacted them to cancel the order and refund to my credit card, their answers have been the same: your order was sent and USPS was too busy to scan the package. (It sounds like USPA doesn't scan Blissy's package ONLY, if there is no record of shipment, how could they be sure that the package was shipped?). Two huge problems here: Why does Blissy charge consumer weeks before the shipping? Why does Blissy charge consumer while they couldn't even be able to provide an estimated delivery date? I ordered other brand silk pillow sets from amazon the next day, the price was half of Blissy, the quality is topnotch, best of all, I received the order within 3 days.... Blissy is a scam business.

Had to pay an additional £13.31duty at the post office. The pillowcase is not a uk standard pillowcase size. It needs to be at least 3 inches bigger. Nothing special in my opinion.

I ordered on 28 November, plenty of time to be delivered before Christmas, I have seen that orders after December 1st aren't guaranteed to be delivered internationally before Christmas, I thought to myself I should be fine, item was dispatched from blissy on December 1st, and was scanned out of DHL in Compton California on December 6th, it is now December 28 and the last notification I have is from December 6th, DHL say I should contact blissy, blissy give me a scripted email, 1 month later after ordering I still don't have my items and I have no idea where they are or when I should expect to receive them!!! They were a gift for my wife to say I'm not happy is an understatement!!!

I ordered my items on December 13 with the understanding that I may not receive before Christmas. I was very disappointed that my items did not even ship until December 26, 2 weeks after I placed my order. I even reached out to the company asking for an update and was told shipping delays were unavoidable. But my order was not even shipped for 2 weeks, it was just sitting in their warehouse. Terrible customer service. I WILL NOT order from Blissy again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service, misinformation given out by the company and extremely rude customer service team. I ordered a product on December 8th and on Blissy's website it stated that if orders were placed before December 10th, the package would arrive by Christmas. It is now Christmas Eve and the order still has not even been dropped at a USPS facility. I have tried calling Blissy over 5 times and finally got a hold of a customer service rep who was extremely rude and hung up on me. I will never be giving my business to Blissy ever again.
