Absolutely a fraudulent company. They will not return phone calls or emails. I returned their product unopened and they kept my money. Do not buy from this "company".

Mine seems nothing compared to others but I received my Blissy pillow as a gift. I keep getting all the adverts and noticed that my Blissy pillow does not have an embroidered logo on it. Emailed them and all their responses said all our pillows have the logo. After a week of emails and sending pictures of the Blissy label inside the product they came back and said they have taken on the embroidered logo now to aid better sleep. I emailed back and said their advertising still showed the logo and despite continuously emailing them they are not replying or contacting me!!! My friend who brought it for me said they scammed her on the postage, charging much more than quoted!!

I ordered several pillow cases which are very nice and I have no complaints. However, I have asked Blissy to email me a receipt. I finally got a response via email, but no receipt. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live agent, or chat. As well, they never responded to any other emails. Just a candid response. Very disappointing customer service especially when I have a simple request.... to email me a receipt. Update: I did receive a response. Blissy sent an email with the breakdown of my order. They do not provide actual receipts. It is disappointing to not be able to chat with a live agent or talk even though the offer both forms of communication. In the end, I did receive the info I needed.

Ordered on 22nd of November 2020 and somehow DHL delivered the parcel to a German address on the 12th of January 2021... (I'm from the United Kingdom!) I've sent 10 emails throughout this time and the last email they replied telling me the parcel was delivered completely disregarding the fact tracking says it's been delivered to a German address.. Customer service is disgusting and as helpful as a chocolate tea pot.. Avoid this company as they are clearly theives trying to pretend to be a legitimate business. I almost forgot to mention Blissy also deletes any bad reviews on their website to give a false impression that they are legit, AGAIN THEY ARE NOT!!

Ordered in December and money taken from my account on 14th December. Its now 11 Jan 2021 and I have no goods. I have emailed them twice and they don't even bother to have the courtesy of replying. I'm not sure what to do now - I may contact my bank to start a chargeback claim. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

Well I haven't purchased one of these, but I almost did. All the reviews on Facebook and on the Blissy site say how fantastic the pillowcases are. I've checked so many reviews and consolidated into one. The good....you sleep better, it keeps you whole body cool, you wake up and your hair isn't greasy and there's no mucus. The bad....the pillows take ages to arrive, months in most cases....the shipping status doesn't register so you can't track your order, you can't speak to anyone at Blissy should something go wrong, the pillows don't conform to UK sizes, they slide all over the place because they are silk. On Facebook all good reviews and people wanting one or some....on this site, I've not yet read one good review. Result, from other people's reviews, the general advice is go to John Lewis, and I'd agree with that. Read on and you'll see this review will be echoed throughout.

Please dont use this company, it's not Blissy uk, it comes from America, well actually it doesnt come that's the whole problem, they take your money, dont reply, dont help. You wouldn't get that service if it was the uk. Just dont order with them... john lewis are soooooo much better.

I don't understand why trustpilot show great reviews when most people have given 1 star.
