I purchased 8 Blissy pillow cases based on reviews and advertising. I was happy with them until they each had been cold-water washed and air dried 3-4 times. After that, I began to have hair breakage where my face or neck hairlines were. I now have 1/2 inch soft frizzy fluff around my face and neck that won’t grow out because the pillowcases continue to cause breakage. I gave them as gifts as well, and two of my cousins have had similar breakage. They’re okay on my skin, but run hot until moved out from under my face, neck area. VERY disappointed by the hype, and embarrassed I gave them as gifts! Not using this brand again.

Initially I really liked the silk pillow case. After it had been washed a couple times the zipper began to come separate from the case. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering more.

I was not impressed. I did not find these any better than regular cotton pillowcase, and, in fact, I ordered a couple of mulberry silk cases from china - huge difference in price - and found those to be the same. In fact, I like them better than the Blissy because they have an envelope closing rather then the zipper, which can get stuck.

I love the Blissy cover but my zipper had broke on my original pillow case, the other original is going strong. I bag them to wash and hang to dry I'm very careful. I am disappointed that it broke. Would be great if you were to send me a replacement. Kelly Highet

I have used my Blissy pillowcase for about one month. The look is lovely and the "feel" is delightful. That said, in terms of "results": hair is somewhat smoother in the morning, but no change in my skin that I can see. Also, I hang it to dry and it always requires ironing.

Too expensive in NZ for the longevity-haven’t had a great life out of earlier pillowslips and didn’t get much support from Blissy. I have brought 4 this year at a big cost with US$ conversion so am hoping for better luck this time. Nice on skin and hair.

I like the patterns on the material and the texture. What I DONT like is the way the seams are made ;on the pyjamas. They are REALLY uncomfortable. I have had to sew ribbon along the seams of the pyjama bottoms as the seams are REALLY scratchy and poorly finished.

As I enjoy the products. The delivery is lacking. It takes a long time to receive and if you need to return or exchange the process is a bit daunting and should not have to pay for a rerun shipping if one is exchanging. This happened to me last time. Instead of allowing an exchange with fee shipping. I had to process a return. Reorder. And pay for the return shipping. Who has time for that!
