Pillow case does not hold up. Case is expensive so I expected a great product. I washed in gentle cycle and never put in dryer. I bought two within months so I would have one while the other was washed. Both zippers came unraveled and so they became unusable.

The pillow case did not do what the seller claimed it would do. Very disappointed with how much it cost.

I ordered a Blissy night bonnet. It was beautiful but too tight for me. I would never be able to sleep with it on. I asked to return it. Blissy doesn't pay postage on a return unless it is "defective". Apparently it will cost me over $100 to courier it back because our pot office is on strike. Usually, if an item is the wrong size, a merchant would provide a return label and pay the postage. I have bought quite a few Blissy pillow cases for family and friends because I love them so much But this treatment has me very disillusioned about Blissy.

Ordering, choices and shipping were really great but after less than a month, my husbands feet have torn through his side. Sheets are very soft but too thin to hold up and tear easily. So sad because I really love the feel of them.

I had 3 pairs of the Blissy pillowcases. All six ended up with holes in the exact same location right at the end of the zipper. I emailed Blissy to see why this was happening. I told them I washed them in a cool delicate wash and hung to dry and then pressed them with an iron on silk setting. They said it happened because I didn't hand wash them. The cases were between 1 and three years old so no warranty. While I love the pillowcases I will not be purchasing any more as I am not prepared to hand wash them.

you have to wash a pillow case in hot water. the zippers tear away from the material. 3rd time it has appended. Nice material, but it is bedding- needs hot water
