Don’t buy these pillow cases, I washed mine on cold delicate like they say you can, and mine shredded. So I got in contact with blissy and they confirmed my order, confirmed my shipping address.... made me think they were going to replace my pillow case.... Only to find out they emailed and tried to tell me HOW I washed my pillow case so that way they wouldn’t have to replace it and then offered me the same 35% off Mother’s Day discount that’s already going on!!! Blissy is a scam and they don’t do anything to help their customers out. I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied. They are too cheap to send their customers a replacement , when they’re the ones false advertising saying that you can machine wash, when obviously you can’t.

I ordered Blissy pillowcases in the past and really liked them until the zipper broke. I did notify Customer Service and was brushed off. They advertised a special and since I really liked the product, I ordered the special but was charged incorrectly on my credit card. The customer service once again brushed me off -- would not send prepaid return label. Said I would have to pay for their mistake. FedEx charged me $16 for their mistake. Too bad. I will never order from Blissy again.

I recently ordered and received two pillowcases. I was impressed with the reviews and looked forward to experiencing these 'wonderful' pillowcases. I have to say I've been very disappointed and feel like I've paid far more for them than they are worth.

I received a Blissy pillow case as a gift - I decided to buy a matching one - I filled in the online purchase but did not complete it as I saw an offer for 55% off my first order which I completed and received confirmation of my 'exclusive coupon' - I then asked how to use the coupon for Ash Blue - they said it wasn't available for that colour - disappointing but fair enough. Blissy then chased me to complete my purchase which was still in my basket - I was still looking at other discounts - the basket price was $60 - I then received an email offering me 20% off so decided to complete the transaction - when I applied the discount and tried to complete the purchase they increased the price to $81.33 which after the 20% discount they calculated to be $65.07 - More than the original basket price of $60! Totally unethical company - disgusted.

The pillowcase feels really nice but is completely unusable, because it's not big enough for a standard pillow! Although I CAN stuff my pillow in there, the pillow obviously gets compressed which then makes it really hard and feels like sleeping with my head on a brick. Am very disappointed!

Still not received items ordered in November, they changed the address on my order and still not received, reply to me on Christmas Eve that the address was virtually the same with totally different postcode ??? No apology have spent over £150 with import tax. I hope product is better than there customer service. Unbelievable

This stuff isn’t even silk. This shady business tries to fool their customers on social media by posting false information about how to “tell the difference” between satin and silk that’ll mislead people into thinking satin is silk. Satin scam just like the scam from the Blushy Silk company. Blushy Silk? Blissy Silk? Sound a bit familiar? Stay far away from this one.

The customer service for this company is horrible. I ordered a sleeping mask and the strap on the mask was defective. I emailed numerous times and even sent pictures at their request (which couldn't adequately show the problem as it was an issue with the elastic and being too tight), and they still refused to provide an exchange. They were incredibly rude and condescending in their email as well and when I requested the name of someone else to speak to they stopped responding. I will never buy from this company again.
