I ordered 4 pillow cases for $49.99, their special, and It charged me $179.88. Reading through the reviews this happens a lot:( I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order. They replied with a couple of questions and I answered them right away. 2 days later I got a confirmation of shipment. I emailed again and was told I could just return them and get my money back. I asked them to provide a shipping label and was told Blissy does not provide return labels. So now I have to pay to send the pillow cases back when they should have never been shipped to begin with. Horrible customer service. I have never written a bad review for any company. Such a SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 x pillowcases from them back in June! I live in Spain and decided to chase up where my items had got to. It turns out that DHL passed them to Correos who have them at a depot 650kms away. Blissy customer services say I have to collect and nothing they can do!. Emails to their useless customer services department have gone back and forth with them saying basically tough s****. I have asked for a refund as they have put an incorrect address on the parcel but they will not give. I've asked to be re sent to the CORRECT address but still, nothing. They repeat you need to collect. 650kms away, wrong address, wrong part of the country. They're at fault biut they don't want to help. SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES. Terrible. May as well have thrown my money down the drain. If I could give 0 stars, I would. *Finally, a refund! Not 1 apology but got my money back**

I bought the Blissy hair ties (scrunchie) pack it was 3 for $50. They were stretched out of shape after 2 weeks use.Now I have to wrap it a few times just to get it to "kinda" hold my hair in place. I also bought the pillow case I could have bought a better quality silk case at a bedding store and for a better price lol Huge waste of money!! I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Reading the reviews online ( which I should have looked at before buying anything) that their customer service is horrible so I'm just taking this one as a loss ...my fault for buying into the hype of Blissy products.Do Not Waste Your Money!

The worst customer service ever. I never received my order, they insisted I did, but showed it arriving before I even ordered it. Never apologized. So rude. I’ll shop with Slip, they have great customer service. Stay away from Blissy, total amateur company.

Zero stars should be an option! This company is a complete joke and lies it's ass off! They have over $300 of my money and don't want to refund it, even though I have never received the merchandise I am being charged for. They said that the tracking # shows the merchandise has been delivered and signed over. Even though anyone with half a brain who could read would see there are 3 statuses within minutes of each other, and the last one indicated that no one was at the residence to sign for the package. They said they would open an investigation with USPS. They merely looked at the tracking information and read what they wanted. Opened a case with BBB and they continued to stand by their lies. Even though I have a responses from USPS stating that the package is still at the post office and the SHOP app and USPS tracking numbers also say it was never delivered. This business has incompetent customer service agents and they are rude on top of it all. I've never dealt with a more dishonest, rude, company. I immediately contacted them when the package didn't arrive and 3 weeks later still have no refund. These people should not be allowed to be in business. SCAM ARTIST THEIVES!!!! It's a damn shame when you have to rob people of their money and can't be honest or provide products. I hope people stop buying from them. ALL of their reviews are fake. They don't post what you actually review and you can't even review on the actually website. What a pathetic ass joke of a company. Once they are called on their bull, they dig in deeper and just continue to lie. Just waiting for my credit card company to review the actual proof that documents that I never received the merchandise and the actual confirmation from USPS so that I can have my hard earned money back. Please stop purchasing from this company. Hey Blissy... stop emailing me useless deals and things. Return my money and leave me alone!!!

Don’t deal with this awful company! They lie on their website about international shipping times. If you're in the UK you will have to wait AT LEAST 1 MONTH for your pillowcase. When I told customer service about this there was absolutely nothing they could do to help, they simply denied they were in the wrong and were borderline rude. Check for yourself, their international shipping policy states 1 - 2 weeks.

A while ago I bought 2 pillowcases from Blissy. For some time now, Blissy have been sending me TWO advertising emails every day. I have emailed them numerous times, asking them to please STOP their unwanted daily emails, but every day I get another two very detailed emails! They have said they cannot remove their advertisements from my screen!!! Are they stupid? Just STOP sending them! Tina Dooley, UK.

Very poor, do not order from outside of the US as delivery can take around a month. The estimated delivery date on their site said I think 5 days for delivery, that is after entering my UK address, so it should have taken account of that. When I wrote to them they said, up to 20 business days i.e. 4 weeks for international delivery.
