Please don't waste your money

I believed I was on a UK site and ordered standard size pillowcases. These are 10 cm shorter than UK standard size. So they don’t fit my pillows. The quality seems fine. I ordered white but they are in fact ivory/cream. They took a fortnight to come. It was only after ordering I realised they were coming from Burbank in America!! I emailed support but they don’t actually answer your email. They pick a point like ‘colour’ and answer that. Or ‘size’ and give you the sizes. I think it is an automated reply generated by key words in your email. They did not address my concerns about warning on UK size difference etc. To return works out at £23+ and I’ve now read they don’t always acknowledge the product has returned. I wouldn’t say it is a scam. The pillowcases seem lovely. But wrong size. I wouldn’t suggest that you use them if you require quick delivery, relevant customer support and you are aware of sizing issues. I don’t order from USA as I try to be aware of my carbon footprint and don’t fly myself. I normally support more local businesses. This was a complete mistake. An expensive lesson. Gillian

Product fell apart after 9 months. No customer service

Oh, I’m sure plenty of people “love” these cases. But really? Sleeping on silk that actually feels like satin, I absolutely sweat to death on them! Sorry I wasted money on them!

We ordered 4 dresses. We got 4 other dresses in other colors. Do’t waste you money and time for this company. worthless.

I received a Blissy Pillowcase as a gift early this year. The product was carefully washed on a weekly basis and hung to dry. This week, the zipper tore away from the case and is not repairable. I sent a photo of the failed product to customer care and called several times to expedite a resolution i.e. replacement. I was asked on each occasion to reveal the email address of the person gifting the pillowcase, which I relunctantly gave, citing privacy issues. I was then told that they could not replace the product, even though I had owned it for less than a year. These are very expensive products and I am appalled that this company offers no real support or resolution. Horrible customer service overall. I ask only to get a replacement of the same pillowcase.

They have terrible customer service. They are refusing to provide me with a receipt and are ignoring my emails. Buy from anywhere else not this company. Not trustworthy.
