BlissyReviews of blissy.com

It is great that you are reading reviews about Blissy before placing an order. After one washing the color is fading in streaks! It is impossible to return even unopened, so I turned it over to American Express to resolve. Blissy is a scam! Update: American Express took care of the situation for me. Thank you American Express!

What a complete scam. Great marketing and that's it! Many Mulberry silk cases on Amazon for half the price. Actually better product and constructed stronger. Blissy's zipper breaks, if you buy color, it discolors in the wash, etc...Please don't waste your money.

Horrendous customer service. I washed my eye mask following the care instructions provided and the product discoloured after the first wash. After contacting customer services, they offered a discount on future purchases despite my existing product being unsatisfactory quality.

I had very bad customer service from Blissy. They sent me my order in the wrong colour. I then had to pay for shipping which they said they would reimburse and then gave me a hard time about getting that reimbursement (which I haven't received yet). They also did not send me a replacement at my request. I had very unprofessional correspondence with their customer service even though the problem was their error. I didn’t get to try out the products, so I can't comment on their quality. Needless to say, I will not be ordering more of these products and would caution anyone from ordering from them.

Horrible. Website says you can wash them. They turned brown. Blissy told me I bleached them, which I did not, and offered a 35%discount to buy more. Never again. Dry clean only or buy brown ones only.

Shocking company in every way - product is rubbish and stains after one wash. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered 4 pillow cases for $49.99, their special, and It charged me $179.88. Reading through the reviews this happens a lot:( I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order. Emailed several times and only response is an automated message.speak with a live person who help me out with my return issue Thank you !!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a long sleeve pink dress and received a completely different item. The dress I received was a halter top bright green floor length dress that was multiple sizes too big. When I contacted the company, they offered me a 20% refund and told me I had to pay the shipping to return the item (which was much more than the original item). I replied that I wanted a full refund and they said the most they could do was 30% off and I could keep the item “and give it to someone else”. The dress I received was terrible quality and is not something I would give to anyone. Save your money and buy from a more reputable site.
