Ran into an ad for this product while surfing my phone. Didn't think any of their claims were true but it had a 50% off holiday link so I wanted to see the price. Site claimed $45 for 3 pillow cases + 1 free. Not sure if they had fine print anywhere but get to that in a minute. I put in my card info thinking at the least this would make a funny "white elephant" gift. Perfect at ~$10/case right? Then the phone site takes you through several screens of additional offers with multiple touch options and a "no thanks" if you scroll down. This is where they screw you first. If you inadvertently touch one of the offer button it adds it to your order without the option to remove it. After 4 pages of various offers it takes you to the "order placed" screen. Never gave me an option to review the order first nor gave me a means to remove the inadvertent stuff. Only then did I find out that it was $45/ PILLOW CASE! What a devious and unethical company. What I thought was going to be a purchase of 4 pillow cases for $45 turned into a $275 screw job! Not only that, but now I'm receiving ads for their products constantly! My wife even got them and I never even used her email address for anything. They will pirate your info and use it as ad bait. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE!!! If this is type of sales tactics that "American" companies are going towards I will happily buy CHINA. F@&K Blissy!!

Absolutely do NOT buy from these people buy Molly- Mae's cheaper version instead! I ordered a Blissy pillowcase in early November ready for my daughter for christmas and payment was taken. When it came to the end of November I thought I would check to see where it was only to be told DHL had delivered it. I checked the DHL tracking only to see that it had been delivered on the 2nd attempt to a completely different address/postcode about 10 mins walk from my house - in a big house which is all separate flats. Every time I emailed Blissy to ask they said that an investigation would have to be done with DHL as it had clearly been delivered. I tried explaining until I was blue in the face that the address and postcode DHL had was not my address as shown on the confirmation so either they had given DHL the wrong information or DHL had messed it up - had to be one of them. I had an email this morning (after various email exchanges!) to say they would ship another pillowcase to me (obviously to the correct address this time) - even though in my previous email I had requested a refund. To this date I have still not had any kind of apology from the Customer Service team and not once have they told me sorry - they should actually send me another pillowcase (which let's see if it arrives this time) AND a refund. Customer service is digusting and the CEO of Blissy should be ashamed for letting this treatment of a customer go ahead. Very happy for him/her to contact me - I can show him/her every email exchange I have. I also asked for a complaint to be logged but funny I didn't hear anything back about that. I had to fight for something that is rightfully mine and you could clearly see that my address/postcode was all correct on the confirmation. All I wanted was an apology, is that too much to ask and an offer to put everything right to make the customer happy. Molly-Mae @ Filter here I come for one of your pillowcases - cheaper and hopefully better customer service! Do NOT buy from this company! From one very disgruntled customer

Where do I begin !!!! What a complete nightmare, I placed an order on Oct 18 2021, and after having to chase up my order ( I could see from the tracking system that it had been in the depot since Oct 28 ) after many emails going backwards and forwards they finally admitted that it had got lost in transit….. I have now been asking for the last 3 weeks for a refund, and for some reason they are now not acknowledging my emails … I don’t even get the usual bounce back one saying they will respond in 24/36 hrs …. I have in desperation contacted them they Instagram and Twitter and again nothing !!! What a poor service from start to finish …. A simple refund is all I have asked for ….. they have had the money in their account for 6 weeks !! Come on Blissy this is no way to run a business!!

The delivery times to the UK are ridiculous. My item was dispatched 3 days after purchase and 2 weeks later it’s still at the same place in the US and to make matters worse the Blissy customer service team are useless and only respond with standard generic emails. I only bought from Blissy because they have a pillowcase in the colour I want, but if I’d known delivery is so slow- I’d never have bothered. Their website is misleading as it suggests they’re UK-based. Avoid at all costs!

Blissy has not delivered. Avoid!! Bought pillow cases 12 Nov 2021 Website took me to page which seemed order hadn’t gone through.. wasn’t until I saw on my bank statement it had that I knew I was getting the goods. ( very confusing when ordering) Good job didn’t try again like many of the reviews say they did! After 2 weeks contacted blissy to ask when will arrive. They came to me very quickly with tracking number to check. Checked and is 41 days!!! They told me 15-20 days but I sent them photo of tracking. No good for items I purchased which are for Christmas presents!! Contacted them again to cancel but blissy dismissed me telling me items are in transit for 15-20 days ( still a ridiculous time frame for any decent business!) £136 wasted for me. What decent business sends out goods that take that long!!!?? I would avoid blissy. Not worth your money.

I attempted to purchase Blissy pillowcases twice and each time an error message popped up. Luckily I checked my bank account before “attempting” to purchase for a third time. There was no problem and I’d been charged twice. I emailed Blissy four times however, I only received the standard “We’ll get back to you eventually” once. Obviously I fear I’ve been ripped off to the tune of A$234! Buyer beware.

I ordered 4 pillowcases and paid 156 euro and when they arrived the zip would not fasten so I sent them back. Before I received them I had to pay customs charge 6 euro. When I returned them I was told they would need to be tracked so I had to register the post and paid 25 euro. Bliss refunded the 25 euro but deducted it from the 156 euro paid for pillows. So I am out of pocket for 31 euro and nothing to show for it.

I've been on the fence for over a year with blissy and after extensive research, decided to purchase both the blissy and tafts brands. The tafts brand has a higher silk count of 27 momme and is also from 100% mulberry silk on both sides with hidden zipper. The feel was the same and with tafts' higher 27 count of momme, why in the world would anyone pay more for blissy? The blissy box is pretty, but you don't sleep on the box as it goes in the trash. With true discount codes, tafts is a much smarter purchase as it's a superior product for much less in price. Blissy's 55% discount is only if you purchase multiple items so at face value it's a deceptive lure. Also, the blissy box includes a postcard of "photos of users" as they encourage you to send in a photo using their product, but every female looked like a model, all in amazing bedrooms, with full make up on. They look like paid models and I'm not falling for it. Do your own research and you'll see plenty of superior 100% pure Mulberry silk on both sides with higher counts of momme at fractions of the cost. Oh, and when you want to return the blissy, you pay for the shipping. No love it or return for free here. They must get a ton of returns so they're not paying for it. Also, beware of "independent" sites that rank blissy as #1...they are owned by blissy. Be smart with your hard earned money and don't fall for the blissy hype and even if you have money to burn, why buy blissy with so many better choices out there?
