I really regret placing any orders with this company. I ordered a pillowcase as a present for my sister after being bombarded with convincing Facebook ads. I can see that my payment was taken on 28th November. I was starting to worry that nothing had been delivered so went back through my emails to try to find an order confirmation, I have received no email to confirm order. So now i have no way of even contacting them to chase the order or find out shipping status. I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before wasting my money - they seem to be total scammers

So regret placing this order. Weeks later product still not arrived, repetitive unhelpful customer service response - totally disappointed and dissatisfied with Blissy. Would not recommend and certainly won’t be ordering anything ever again.

I placed an order on November 25th but the shipping label was not created until December 7th, 8 business days later. I had to pester them for the shipping details because I did not receive the shipping confirmation email days after my money was deducted. Even then, the package stayed in Burbank, CA where the company resides for another week. It wasn't until that I email them back again to ask for my refund that my package made the first movement in transit on Monday, December 13th, which is exactly 22 business days later. So, the trick might be to ask for a refund if you want your merchandise.

Endless Spam, no response from support. I've now received at least 2 spam messages a day. Haven't heard a peep from their support address trying to get it to stop. Please don't support vendors that either spam or have an affiliate program that encourages such.

Scammers!!!!! they take money of people and never give you the items....when u try to email...it no longer exists!!! DO NOT BUY OFF THESE SCUMMY CRIMINALS!!!!!

Not worthy of even one star!! I placed an order on the 22nd of November for a Blissy sleep mask and it stated that it would be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. I have been checking on the tracking service and the item is still in California. I would not have ordered had I known the item was to be delivered from overseas!! I have sent two emails recently but I have not had any response. I would very much appreciate a refund of my money as this was to be a Christmas present and, the way that it is being dealt with, I cannot see that it is going to be received any time soon. I would certainly appreciate a some communication but looks like this isn’t going to happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 4 pillow cases online a couple weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately. I've received no order confirmation, no shipping information...nothing other than them taking my $234! I've called customer service several times, left messages and have received no answer. And the best one yet is that I tried the online chat feature on the company's website and it said I had to pay $1 to get an answer! This company is absolutely ridiculous!!

PROTECT YOUR SANITY SHOP ELSEWHERE…. Absolutely hideous service they cancel discounts between pages meaning you pay way more than you expected the service you then receive is nothing short of diabolical
