The pillowcase is soft and cool, but the silk ripped and disintegrated around the zipper after 2 years and I had to throw it out. I won't buy another one because of this. It should have lasted much longer for the price. I think the silk is too thin.

I am not finding the pillow case to perform as advertised. I like that it stays cool and I can turn it over during the night for a cool pillowcase. As for my hair, I sleep on my right side and that hair looks frizzed while on the left side of my head has hair looking much better.

Pillow case didn’t feel as silky and luxurious as I thought they would. After a few washes the seams started to come apart. I wouldn’t buy again

The pillowcases shredded at the zipper after washing less than 6 months. Total waste of money.

Not very pleased. The zipper frayed and I had to cut it off. I feel I wasted my money as I can no longer use it.

I really like the pillowcase but it’s just too expensive for how quickly it falls apart. I alternate it weekly with another. I machine wash on gentle and air dry but still the zipper wears apart from the rest of the pillowcase starting after about 9 months. I reached out to customer service the first time and they replaced it with a brand new pillowcase that started falling apart again within a year. I used for another year after that and just tossed it last week. I won’t be replacing with another Blissy.

Although it’s very nice it’s too small and flattens my hair. I bought one that has a large size bonnet and in the morning my hair has the same volume as when I went to bed. It also has ties so I can adjust the tightness of it. It doesn’t leave a mark on my forehead from elastic. As well, it’s excellent quality and substantially less expensive. For those reasons I cannot give any higher than 2 stars.
