I wrote a few times to Blissy, and sent pictures, regarding pillow cases that their zippers came out. I was offered a one time curtesy set of 2 queen size pillow cases for free. They never came. I also called three times about this and was asked to verify my address twice, then lastly they said they had no computer information from me whatsoever. I was appalled and asked for help I was told they would contact me the next day with a manager. I never heard back. Since then my sister called me and said the pillow cases I bought for her came apart at the zippers also. The cases came apart by the zipper but the tread stayed in and the pillow case itself was what tore. I washed mine inside case protection mesh bags that I purchased for Blissy as well. You are not considered to be a loyal customer buying mesh’s bags & 4 pillow cases. There are other silk pillow cases to be found.

Extremely disappointed. A $100 pillowcase completely frayed despite careful hand washing and air drying. Customer service refused to replace it and instead offered a discount on another purchase. For a premium-priced product, this lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Won’t be buying from the website anymore. Don’t think it’s worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blissy. My order (#2408440) was canceled without my consent. Initially, they lied and claimed it was canceled "at my request." When I challenged this, they changed their story, claiming they don’t ship to the UAE—yet their website accepted my Abu Dhabi address and charged me in AED, including extra fees for "Shipping Protection." ​Even though they finally returned the money, they completely ignored my emails for days while continuing to spam me with marketing ads. Returning the money doesn’t justify the misinformation and the lack of professional courtesy. Avoid this site if you are an international customer; their system is inconsistent and their support is non-existent.

I wanted exchange my pillowcases and I was given specific instructions to follow in which I did. Instead of doing the exchange, I was given a refund. I did a buy 3 get one free. A refund meant that I had to buy two pillowcases in which I would be paying more money. As a consolation, I was given a 35% discount which is still paying more money. I have several of the pillowcases already, but I am so disappointed that I was not given my exchange.

I ordered two matching items as a Christmas present, they sent me half of what I had ordered plus some scrunchies which I had not. The most expensive item was missing. Now they are demanding that I return the unasked for scrunchies before they send me what I have already paid for. They will not prepay the postage and will only accept certain couriers. I am in the UK so the cost and inconvenience will be considerable.

after two years, the zipper literally detached itself from one end… I sent them photos. There was several emails sent back-and-forth . I told them that as you can see by the photos, the pillowcase was in pristine condition other than the zipper just detached itself. They (blissy) asked for order numbers or the address it was shipped to, and i provided this information. Then , in another email, they asked me what size was it? I said it was a queen size. Blissy was leading me to believe after looking at the photos, they could see it was definitely a quality control issue, and were perhaps going to send me a replacement… Then they sent me an email back and said they had just found the original order that it was over their warranty.,, They’d like to offer me a discount off my next order, …I asked them to please just consider doing the right thing, and replace it. I offered to ship it back to them and they would not help me whatsoever… I told them in the end a lot of time and effort could’ve been saved if they weren’t going to do anything, then they should’ve done due diligence and read the first email which stated it had been two years they just chose to disregard that part even though i mentioned it several times in the first email… What a waste of time, what a poorly made product… I decided to make this a review my first one ever , I spent the time to actually do as for the money you spend, it should not simply fall apart after 2 years … I have pillowcases that are over 30 years old that are cotton ones that are in pristine condition, but you spent $200 almost on a pillowcase and the zipper just falls off one end and now looking back through a lot of the reviews. This seems to be an ongoing quality control issue…

Not sure about the product yet because it has yet to be delivered to me! Ordered December 7th from Illinois, checked on December 26th to ask about tracking showing that it is still in processing. Told expected delivery will be December 30th! THREE WEEKS AFTER ORDER DATE? Absolutely unacceptable for u.s. delivery to take that long. So, this company should NOT be relied upon to deliver even within their longer than usual timeframe they give themselves. Very disappointing. I do NOT recommend doing business with Blissy.
