Awful service, delayed despatch and then no movement in California for 5 days now. They say they cannot cancel the order but its still in the same state as them. Ordered 22nd Nov and still nothing. Will not be here in time for Christmas despite the website saying 2 week delivery. Avoid at all cost.

If you are lucky enough to get delivery when wanted you had better hope you do not have any quality issues as Blissy will not resolve for you. The seam came apart around the zip on one of our pillow cases and Blissy responded by asking for pictures and once sent they responded by just sending us their standard washing instructions. When we told them we had followed their instructions they sent more instructions which again we told them we had followed and then they stopped responding and ignored follow up emails. For the price they charge you would expect a better response to quality issues. Overpriced with poor service.

I placed an ordered on the 26/11 for some Christmas presents - no dispatch notice so emailed them to be told it had been dispatched but it’s still in America on the 15/12… I had no idea these items were to be shipped from abroad - no way they’ll be here for Christmas!! This is a complete con - do not buy from these people!!

Placed an order on the 2nd of December, now the 15th, item not even shipped yet, no response, no updates, not answering emails, also I've asked for a refund because of this and no response either. This was for a Christmas present, I am really disappointed and will never ever buy from this company ever again and I urge nobody else too either, it seems that they just want your money and don't want to send you the goods you have paid for in good faith. MIS-SOLD, MIS-LEAD, BIG MISTAKE
