Terrible terrible customer service experience. They made me pay out of pocket to return their already overpriced product and never credited me back. Good luck hearing from them, I had to have my credit card step in to ensure I was not charged

If I could give no stars I would. Not transparent about whether you are buying from a local or overseas-based site, no sign of items purchased for Xmas presents after a month, no replies to emails, the one reply I did have doesn't even address the content of my email. Would never shop Blissy again - still not entirely convinced they are a legitimate storefront!

Terrible company. Do not buy from here. You will be massively let down before the products even arrive. Made a big thing about guaranteed Christmas delivery during Black Friday and sat here 6pm Christmas Eve without my parcel. Tracking says it’s not even with the courier company. It took them just under three weeks to get any kind of update on the system. Like people have said in other reviews - customer service don’t care and just paste a similar response to all emails (when they do respond) and give you the tracking code which we already have. Avoid this company. Better alternatives out there!

I ordered 2 silk pillow cases 10 days ago and I wrote to support that I didn't get an email that would explain that my order has been shipped. And now support answered that it is scheduled to ship within the following 1-3 business days. And I am very dissapointed since when you order something they stated that orders after the 4th of December aren't guarenteed to arrive before the 24th of December. Looking at the fact that they will ship my order in 11-13 days if it will be shipped as they suggested, maybe it will take even longer to be shipped, my order would not have came by 24th even if I placed my order on the 4th or 1st of december. I think there are other good options for silk products like this where costumers are treated with more respect, get updated faster, get their orders shipped faster... so in short: I HIGHLY ADVISE TO YOU THAT YOU DON'T BUY BLISSY'S PRUDUCTS.

I originally posted an extremely negative review. In short after 6 weeks and endless emails I had no pillowcases, and was down £130. Blissy have terrible customer service . At 1st they offered discount on my next purchase, although my 1st purchase didn't arrive and no refund given ! Eventually I threatened to start posting my dreadful experience on every online site available , within 24hrs I had a refund ... so if you haven't been refunded yet persevere.. you will, just don't give up! BTW these products come from USA which seems to be the main issue with things disappearing in transit . My advice is do not buy from this company. It's a very stressful and disappointing experience.

Unfortuantely could not give 0 stars. Staff do not read your emails the just come back with the same templated response. Do not order from Blissy you will never get your delivery and if you have any issues and need to contact support god help you. Its like talking to a wall. They gaurantee delivery before christmas if ordered before 4th of December. Unfortunately this is a lie.

This company doesn't deserve one star but had to give as only way to write a review. Ordered on 11th Nov and still in CA, USA to this day. Advised I want a full refund but they said its on its way so can't refund. No movement from US since 13th Dec and I ordered well in advance to receive before xmas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
