FIRSTLY, after I placed my order I did not receive any confirmation. Even though they took my money quick enough. I then chased them up to confirm my order. 6 weeks have now passed and I have NOT received my items and they do NOT answer their emails or Facebook messages. Avoid Blissy and use another company that have a much better customer service! There's many out there to choose from!

When I ordered from this website, it was made to look like it was a UK based business. My first mistake was not checking Trustpilot. The product took about 3 weeks to arrive which was okay as it made it in time for Christmas. BUT what is not made clear on the website, is that the STANDARD pillowcase is NOT a UK STANDARD size. So the pillowcase is too small for UK pillows. So annoying and I feel so stupid and ripped off. It cost too much to return to the USA. So I ended up buying an American pillow from Amazon. What a costly present. And the pillowcase is totally overpriced. I wish I had bought one from elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered an item on 26th November for my daughters Christmas present. It has still not arrived (31st December) and the tracking has not updated since 19th December when all it says is that it is now in the UK. As I had to spend money on an alternative present for her so she had something to open I’ve now asked for a refund but customer service are refusing as they say the item is in transit. Despite me repeatedly asking, they cannot tell me where it is.

Customer service is awful. I was meant to get this pillowcase before Christmas as a gift but it still hasn't arrived. They use DHL, who use Yodal, to deliver and the tracking says delivered but it wasn't, it was rejected by someone at the house by mistake. Trying to get the Blissy customer service to help is ridiculous, they are doing nothing. Now I'm out of pocket.

If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order for 2 pillowcases which were to be Xmas gifts on the 27th November. They charged my card immediately and over a month later I have still to receive my order. They kept sending me a DHL link stating that my order was en route and now the link says package is untraceable. Customer Service are totally unresponsive, no help at all and money gone! I wish I’d looked at all the complaints on their social media before I ordered, which by the way, they delete any negative messages or any complaints very quickly so no way to reach them!!!

SCAM /// go the site, and try and get the price you'll pay..(THEY WONT GIVE IT TO YOU UNTIL you click "PROCEED", then get your CC IMMEDIATELY charged $178.88 without your authorization..you don't need to checkout, just click Proceed", they will check you out and bill your CC $179.88 and tell you its for 4 pillowcases..

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Perhaps their pillowcases are lovely - I will never know - but their customer service is AWFUL. I made several mistakes when ordering (bad address for gift order, wrong number of cases), they even upsold me 4 more pillowcases, but I could not cancel the order even if I immediately knew that the address was wrong and the number of pillowcases was wrong. And they DID NOT CARE. I have never experienced a company where I could not cancel my order right away. I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. No one answered my email for days. And when they did answer my email, it was very curt. "We are very busy" was their response when I pleaded with them to return my calls and emails that I sent IMMEDIATELY after pressing send. No one could cancel or CARE about my order as long as they collected their money. I am so disappointed and, frankly, saddened by their responses especially during the holiday giving season. I would NEVER buy from them again. I will never know if they are good pilllowcases or not. I spent a lot of money for pillowcases that I will never put my head on. There has to be a way to modify an order or speak to someone within the first 2 hours of an order. Their product is too expensive to have such a poor experience. They sell "luxury" but they treated me like a 1-star hotel.

The order was automatically placed without a chance of reviewing the cart. It was made on the 3rd of Dec, and on the 4th I tried to cancel the order and they told me it was being processed and ready for shipment, I couldn't cancel but I could return it. They wasted no time charging my c.c. of $288.00, I told them I didn't want the hassle of returning the items and was told I could return any unused items. Well, I got them soon after. and I returned it at my expense of 18,95. They do not provide return labels, Maybe they have a good product, I'll never know since I sent it back, but their customer service is the worst I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Thank goodness I got a tracker with the return. I did put in a dispute with the c.c. co. just to be on the safe side. Six days passed and they still didn't contact me to say they received my pkg. even though the tracker clearly said they did. Had I not put the tracker on I doubt I would have ever gotten credit. They moved pretty swiftly once I informed them the c.c. would be in touch with them. Please do not give these people business. Worst customer service, and they don't return your calls. All my correspondence was through emails.
