BlissyReviews of blissy.com

I purchased a pillowcase in December for my sister to arrive at Christmas. It finally had delivered on January 4th. Yet there was no package. After 2 months of going back and forth with the company, they finally re-sent the package. It said delivered and was signed for with the first initial of my name, and my last name. However, I never received a package, and never signed for it. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

The stitching unraveled on these pillowcases even though I followed the washing and care instructions of Blissy. Blissy then refused to provide replacements for the defective pillowcases after saying that they would provide "courtesy" replacements. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially after my customer service experience. I wish that I was able to post photos to show the pillowcases.

I am bitterly disappointed after my white pillowcase turned cream after a careful handwash ! There should have been a warning sticker on it to advise of this. It was washed in normal washing detergent. Also don't order standard size - its pathetic. A standard pillow is too big !!!! Absolute rubbish. I feel ripped off.

same as the others ...ordered one pillow case and they charged me for four, then corrected it wrong again and charged me for two......scam

Ordered 4 kids silk pillowcases - prices shown in $. Conversion rate used was definitely not $ to €. Cost me significantly more than expected. Also discount not applied at checkout as advised. Wrote to customer service about both issues - they rectified discount and completely ignored incorrect conversion rate. Sent follow up mail still querying conversion and they told me discount was applied correctly but ignored conversion price. Emailed again - No response received. Emailed again asked for my issue to be escalated. Absolutely No Response again. Looks to me like they used a sterling euro conversion rate rather than $ euro. (Goods price advertised in $). I even sent screenshot to support my claim still no response. They have been sending emails looking for reviews and offering rewards against my next purchase - Are they mad!!. No thank you - I have since bought additional pillowcases from an Irish retail store without any issue whatsoever and presentation box is far superior. Buyer beware!

scammers. avoid at all costs.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered two pillowcases online, then a couple of days later the order was canceled (apparently at my request). When I enquirer why, all they said was that they didn’t ship to Dubai. So I sent a screen shot of their big ad stating they ship to the UAE and asked for clarification - but they would not reply. In the end I’m glad I didn’t get any of their products, in case they are the same poor quality as the customer service.

I ordered a set of scrunchies from Blissy. Within 2 days of receiving them, the elastic on one had snapped completely. The other 2 were fraying and about to break, impossible to use. I contacted customer service via email about the issue. My first email wasn't answered. So I sent my 2nd message directly from their website. In the meantime, I called customer service and was hung up on several times in a row, on two occasions. Finally they answered my second mail, and I had to argue to get a refund. At first they were just going to replace the scrunchies as a "one time customer courtesy". Basically, take these and if they break shut up, don't contact us again. I refused, so the finally sent me a refund. A week of back and forth wasting my time. Never, ever again.
