Hello, I had ordered from Blissy before but this last time they had an offer which posted for $19.98 so I ordered 3 but the price came out to be $24+. When I questioned it from customer service and by phone, they said there was a glitch in the system and did not honor the $19.98 price. I therefore, canceled my order. I believe if they wanted to keep me as a customer, they should have honored that price that was posted.

False Advertising: Blissy 3900 W Alameda Ave 12th Fl Burbank CA 91505 in Los Angeles County operating as Blissy.com on 3/19/22 10:57AM emailed me an advertisement promo with 3 Year Anniversary Sale discount and special coupon pricing with free shipping. I tried to buy 2 Queen Blissy Champagne Dream Sets. The price shown on the website after adding them to my cart was $66.58 per set. BUT when I tried to check out the price increased to $84.47 per set - an overcharge of $17.89 per set ($35.78 total). This ad/promo pricing was live all weekend. I emailed Support and submitted a website Chat Request on 3/19/22 asking Blissy to honor the advertised pricing. All replies from Support were irrelevant to the problem even though I tried to re-clarify 3 times on 3/20/22 and twice 3/21/2022 replying to support emails. I even received replies with no text, only including a new advertisement with higher pricing. I asked for my problem to be escalated to a manager and noted that it's illegal to fail to honor advertised prices, there was no reply. Ultimately on 3/21/22 I called Blissy support 888-590-9670. The first 3 calls were transferred with only silence when picked up. A 4th call with my number blocked was answered by a female. I started to explain the problem. She interrupted me, sounding like she knew who I was and why I was calling, to explain the advertised price was a mistake that went out and was active all weekend when they don't work, and they returned to the office today to the big mess! She said the advertised prices were an error and Blissy would NOT be honoring them - no apology. I wonder how many consumers didn't notice they were over charged? This might have impacted a lot of people since the pillow case was on Oprah's Favorite Things at one point, even though I have now seen many quality complaints and other complaints online. Imo this business appears unethical and doesn't seem to stand behind their products/service. I don't patronize businesses like this.

This is the dumbest thing I've heard of! Just a pillowcase claiming to be able to do all of these miracles, totally ridiculous! Wife got me this thinking it would help with my sleep, no such luck! I don't have hair, so I can't vouch for that claim. Wrinkles, that's ridiculous there's no way to tell. As for the sleeping part, it hasn't done a single thing for me. I'm still awake in the middle of the night unable to sleep through. I was pretty skeptical when she told me about it and I was right!

Do not trust this company! I placed my order, paid for it and then it was never delivered. Blissy will not discuss the matter with me at all. So my best friend did not get the gift I had planned for her and Blissy have effectively stolen £70 from me

I have been happy with the blissy products- recently ordering them as a perk for customers. I recently ordered a present for a person who had just had surgery. Unfortunately the item came to me. I'd written the address and a gift card. The rep i spoke to personally said I needed to send it to them. I asked if they would PLEASE send one from the company, and id send theirs back. The refusal of the manager was downright RUDE. Tell me why i have bothered to give money to this company????

FOR THE PRICE OF $139.90 FOR 2 PILLOWCASES IS TERRIBLE. HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT PRICE??? I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING PILLOWS WITH THE CASES!! THERE IS NO REASON FOR THOSE PILLOWCASES TO BE SO EXPENSIVE. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE WHAT A SCAM THIS IS. IF YOU NEED TO EMAIL ME IT'S ~ YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

My experience with Blissy has been really the worst I’ve had when ordering items. My first order made before Christmas never arrived. On the delivery note it had a non existent postcode. I emailed them. They sent generic email to say parcel had been delivered. I sent delivery details and without apology they asked if I wanted re- order or refund. I asked for reorder. Exactly a fortnight later apparently the parcel was delivered!! Not to me though. And on the delivery details there were two addresses - neither of them mine. Any further contact I’ve made with them has been ignored. There is no UK number to call although they have a UK page on the website. I’m in agreement with other reviewers that this is a dreadful company and is reliant on scamming. I also agree that they do seem to obscure any negative feedback. My advice is avoid this so called company - look elsewhere for pillowcases!

I placed an order on 18 Jan, filled in my Singapore address details as their website specifies they ship to Singapore, was charged for the purchase and received a confirmation email for my order. On 13 Feb, after not hearing from them for nearly a month, I sent them an email to enquire about my order. The next day, I received a curt, robotic reply: Hello, Orders has been cancelled as we do not ship to Singapore. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you. I received no notice of cancellation. And I have not received a refund.
