I ordered a pillow case and it looks lovely but it feels really cheap and four weeks in I'm waiting for any of the advertised effects to take place. My hair has never been more tangled - it's actually the first time in my life that I have frizzy hair - and my skin is unchanged. So in conclusion it reduces my quality of life. I will not keep using it. Sadly customer service is yet to respond to me after several weeks of reaching out and all I receive are invitations to review the product.

Would give zero stars if possible. Package arrived today. Box containing the pillowcase was dented, crushed, and ripped. This was an immediate red flag that I was getting an item that had been previously returned. Sure enough, when I opened the box, the pillowcase was shoved inside, not folded. I pulled it out and it was a wrinkled mess. The zipper was cheap and broken. Why does it even need a zipper? The pillowcase is literally two rectangles sewn together. I’m also suspicious if the fabric is actually silk. Finally, the colour. I ordered white and got a yucky off-white cream. Seems like a lot of hassle to return it. Stay far away. Not a luxe product. Very cheaply made and no quality control. Waste of money and a huge disappointment. Do not recommend this product.

I ordered a Blissy pillowcase over a month ago and I’m still waiting for delivery. Even though I have contacted Blissy a couple of times the only response I get is the same tracking details that haven’t been updated since the 20th April. I’m really disappointed with their customer service and definitely wouldn’t order again or recommend them.

This company is not helpful with anything. I have a return that took me 6 months of fighting to get my money back… DO NOT ORDER!! I’m warning you

Dear Blissy, I am responding to your email to tell you that one of my Blissy pillowcases fell apart. The zipper completely came off. I am so disappointed! I am also still annoyed because the last order that I did with you was delivered to the wrong address three streets over from where I live! I had received an email saying that it was delivered! If the person who was honest did not call me, they looked up my address, to tell me I would have been out of that pillowcase! When I did try to contact your customer service department they told me that there was nothing that they could do! I did not even get an apology. And now my pillowcases have fallen apart which is disgusting considering how much I paid for it! And I did follow your washing instructions! I am telling you this to inform you and Blissy. I purchased 5 Blissy pillowcases at 3 separate times. I gave them as gifts. I believed they were of good quality and very nice. I wish I could say the same about the Customer Service Rep I had the displeasure of speaking with when I called for information on how to clean the pillowcase. She was very rude and unprofessional. She even went as far as to question my intellect. I can buy 100% Mulberry Pillowcases elsewhere, and I will.

Product doesn't do what it says it should - eye mask blocks out virtually no light. I reached out to customer services who have ignored me on 8 occasions now.

I purchase 3 pillow cases and 2 have ripped near the zipper. Also when i placed my second order I only received one pillow case. When i finally contacted them they told me that was only one per order. The first order had 2 cases and now the second order only had 1 and it still was $70
