Your replacement policy is useless if it is difficult to do so. The zipper tabs have broken on every laundry bag. The heels have turned into holes on the socks and with limited instructons available to take advantage of your replacement offer I end up either repairing or disposing of them. Some of the socks have gel heels inserts which bunch up with laundering. This causes blisters on my heels.

I love the feel of these pillowcases, but the zippers tend to rip from the cases. I wash by hand as per the instructions and they just aren't very long lasting because of this. They're so expensive and this zipper frailty should be fixed. I have four of these pillowcases and each one has had to be repaired. My pillows aren't fluffy or overstuffed.

Your product falls apart. I gifted to others with same experience. Especially the zipper.

Great initially - but all 3 of the Blissy pillow cases I purchased fell apart around the zippers.

I had an issue with the scrunchie I received. It stretched out so much within the first few months, making it useless at holding hair back. Customer service was not very helpful, non responsive, eventually offering me a 25% discount on a new one, while they were on sale for that price on website anyways

My pillowcase has torn at each end of the zip thought it would last longer than it has.

Blissy Pillowcases are of extreme poor quality. They do not hold up in the laundry. The silk fabric tore across the zipper, after following the care label. I now get my mulberry silk cases from AMAZON. Don't waste your money!
