These are expensive pillowcases, but all 4 of mine failed after about 18 months. They should last far longer than that. Customer service refuses to replace, or repair them. Care instructions followed. They are just not worth the money paid. Customer service is slow to answer emails, never uses their own name and refuses to acknowledge an issue. I would recommend other pillowcases.

Taken far too long to arrive !!! This was for a gift and the occasion has come and gone , they don't say on the website to expect long delays as its coming from another country so very bad miscommunication to customers.Now I have to send back so let's see if Blissy even answer after all these bad reviews watch this space. Doesn't make it clear it's coming from the USA first off. Took 4 weeks to arrive, no delivery notification (I had to check) and it said it was left in a "safe place" which was a shed I didn't recognise. After investigating, it was shipped through DHL > Hermes/Evri then the address was altered to somewhere down the street. Can't find the shed in question and when I politely asked for a refund (as can't wait 4 weeks again) the customer support was impersonal, no apology and quite blunt. It may not be your fault it's gone wrong but it isn't the customer's either so take some ownership of the courier you chose and maybe just be nice instead while you look into it? Not cool, guys.

Have been trying to order a pillowcase. Called there 888-590-9670 number. The Representative was so short and rude. She said her name was Brianna maybe maybe not! She was just no help at all. BLissy put your representatives back in an office or somebody can babysit them! Love your pillowcases as long as they are like the ones that were at Macy’s. Won’t call your number again anybody needs help you’re on your own she’ll tell you that.

Item not as described, yet I have to pay to return the item. Purchased a white pillow case and received a champagne coloured pillow case instead. I guess this is what they consider “white”, but it is far from it. I called to inquire about return policy and they advised I will need to pay for shipping to send it back. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and the representative offered no alternative solution. Will not be purchasing from this company in the future, very poor experience.

Awful quality and service - please don't make the same mistake I did! I bought two king size silk pillowcases. I bought special detergent and followed the care instructions to the letter. Both pillowcases broke down in the wash. After a soul-destroying string of emails between myself and support, they sent me a replacement pillowcase. One replacement - for the TWO I bought! No apology and now won't respond to my emails. Horrendous service.

Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and spend $4.99 at Ross for the Beauty Rest Satin Pillowcases or buy the ones on Amazon. They both wash and dry nicely. Blissy Pillowcases are a wrinkly mess and pillowcases look awful after drying. Also, they do absolutely nothing for your hair. Aloe Vera gel and oil olive is amazing for hair. Also Blissy does not follow the rules and only uses positive feedback. I am sorry I wasted my money. Keep your money.

Do not make it clear the products are being sent from the US. Awful customer service. Took far too long to arrive and not advised of delivery times before ordering or that they come from USA. I ordered 5 at a cost of €380 and I washed them when they arrived in silk washing liquid on silk setting as they smelt weird. First nights use was awful, made me sweat (not hot in room and no alcohol) and i felt uncomfortable all night. They were damp and my partner had the same issue. When i looked at it in the morning it was creased to hell, looked awful. Had an odd smell and feel. I contacted the customer service and They advised they will only refund me when i ship item back to them in USA Recorded! There are many much better companies in the UK with fast delivery.
