If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered and paid for my order 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. They keep saying it’s “in transit” but the tracking info says that USPS is still “awaiting package”. It’s hard to ship something they don’t have. I have repeatedly requested a refund, as the occasion for these as gifts has come and gone, but they refuse, and say it is “in transit”. Do not order from this company. There are many other options for the same product, at a cheaper price, with much less dishonesty and fraud.

Ordered on 3rd November. Still waiting. Blissy support is no help..say its in transit. No information is available about likely delivery date. I would not order again with this delivery service.

Been waiting over 7 weeks now, for latest order, my friend has a blissy pillowcase and mask so I know that the product is good if it ever gets here, but the wait is crazy and it doesn't make it clear its coming from America. Iv emailed then twice and one response saying I just have to wait.im not convinced it's even Been shipped or if will ever arrive Very disappointed.

Bought a pillowcase as a gift and didn’t get any notification of delivery so decided to check it out and found out DHL had said it was delivered to porch 6 days previously! I am in an apartment block with intercom access so if they had got into building then why wasn’t it delivered to me … no calling card, no photo evidence, no parcel. Customer support said to give them 10 days to sort out, I was to contact them again and then they’d reship. Most emails ignored and the last two have been blunt and disjointed. Still waiting for refund (missed gift deadline) . Will get my bank to pursue refund if I don’t receive it soon.

Horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered 4 cases in the middle of November so I could avoid the delays after Black Friday. They said that the product ships out within 1-3 days. And here I am 10 days and two emails later to blissy being told that it might ship out in another 3-5 days. Customer service has been incredibly rude and unapologetic about the situation as well. It you want a silk pillow case, I’d recommend buying it elsewhere.

SCAM: Would give this company no stars if I could. My 88 year old mother who has dementia mistakenly ordered 5 pillowcases and she was charged £190. She clearly did not know how much they were costing or that they were being shipped from the USA. I emailed them asking if she could have a refund and they just said nothing they can do as the items had been shipped. Did not offer anything, thought at least they could have offered a refund if I returned them. Looking at the reviews I am doubting if they will even turn up! Checking their website out and reading comments on Facebook they appear to be very shady with their dealings with customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if indeed it really is a company!

This company is a SCAM. The prices are very misleading. I had to enter my credit card info before I saw the total. When I saw the total I didn't not confirm the order and they charged me anyway. I sent multiple emails to them to not ship it and a refund. They were ignored.

The very costly pillowcase feel apart after two months of careful washing separately and in cold water. I have reached out to the company to let them know providing pictures and my order number and have yet to hear back-
