Customer service actually hung up on me when I asked where my order was that I placed on Nov 26. The nerve! I posted about it on their FB page, and it was quickly removed. However, it did result in them contacting DHL and getting it moving (it had been sitting in some warehouse since last Friday). I'm done with these awful people.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I feel like I was scammed. I was quoted a lower price on the website order page before I hit the "payment" button with my credit card information. When I contacted customer service, the representative responded in a condescending tone, saying I was confused and essentially an idiot. I explained several times what happened and she only repeated I was 'confused'. I canceled my order (which I have NEVER done before with any online orders ever!)! This company is deceitful in its practices!

Asked both my daughter and a friend to give me a Blissy pillowcase as a birthday present as they are expensive and not something I’d normally buy for myself! Both ordered them mid November for my Birthday on the 9th December! Neither has arrived! No communication , no updates! So disappointing as company appeared to have some legitimate reviews! Scam ! Do not give these people your money!

I wish I’d seen the reviews prior to ordering! I ordered Nov 20 to avoid the Black Friday rush noting the product ships within 1-3 days. They have yet to ship! Hmmm, maybe we’ll have the order under the tree for next year…. They apologized however there has been no activity. * AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR “PREPAID” ORDER. My experience is that once they have the cash, they obviously don’t care about delivering….

AVOID Utter scammers! I bought a £56 pillow case online after Googling Blissy Uk. Turns out it came from the US. After waiting weeks finally gave me a delivery date with FedEx! FedEx never delivered it - Blissy have refused to refund me - so no silk pillow case and £56 poorer! stinks Of fraud to me! AVOID

Still waiting for my order from them. I’ve been getting the run around as well. I think I’m going to dispute my credit card charge

Contacted the company by email and was just given a copy paste of same washing instructions I had used. I followed them to the letter but the pillowcases come out with white lines on them. I bought one set from Blissy previously and washed without their laundry detergent and got white lines on the cases so thought it was my error. Purchased 2 new pillow cases and made sure to order their detergent and mesh bag. I have just washed them for the first time and they now have white lines on too I'm really disappointed as now both sets are ruined and I followed all the instructions washed them on cool delicate cycle, in the bag bought from their site with their detergent and air dried. They seem to hide all non 5 star reviews on their website super fishy! Please learn from my mistake! WASTE OF YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY

Still haven’t received my items after 13 days and they’re now saying it’s been shipped but can take 20 business days to arrive. Disgusting over a month isn’t good enough
