Ordered over a month ago, only just shipped. Items were "In Stock" when I ordered and blissy claimed 2-3 days shipping, however my order only shipped from the US, 4 days before Christmas. Their website boasted about their trustpilot scores for quality and customer service when I ordered. They didn't make clear they ship to the UK from the US however I have ordered from several US companies before and a month is plenty long enough if dispatched in normal timeframes. Emails to customer service were unanswered and can't comment about the quality because the product still isn't here!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I never received my pillowcase which was a gift for someone else. They’re avoiding me and giving vague responses. Spending 50 something dollars on a pillowcase and never receiving it is not acceptable. They’re not responding or answering and I am fed up!

Ordered on December 6. Website said it would ship within 3 days. On December 15 they sent me some garbage marketing email about my "points" earned with them. I asked why my item had not shipped, they promised me "1-3 business day" - 6 days later I told them to refund my money, I didn't want to deal with them any longer. They said "You'll get your tracking info soon" I demanded again they refund me and cancel my order that has not shipped and now they are ignoring me. They are a scam, steer clear. UPDATE - after basically email bombing them and making pointed comments on dozens of their FB posts they refunded my money on December 22, presumably as they still had not shipped my item. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I ordered Blissy pillowcases on December 6/22 as a Christmas present for family members - I spent $325 dollars and purchased 5 blissy pillowcases!. I thought ordering on the 6th would give me plenty of time to receive the pillowcases so I could give the gifts this Christmas. When I ordered, I received no information about my purchase. I had to finally go online "chat" to express my frustration and what was happening. I was told on the 19th they would ship it out right away! I just checked the shipping "tracking number" only to find out today, Dec. 21st, I will be getting it after Christmas, on December 28th. I am upset, frustrated, and really SAD/ ANGRY that I won't get the order on time for Christmas. And - that was a "fair chunk of change" $325.00, ordering it well in advance, only to find out I won't GET IT ON TIME!!!!!!! I CAN'T EVEN RATE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT'S NOT HERE!!!

They will charge your credit card right away but they don't respond to questions yet will email you you spam wanting you to sign up immediately after you email them a question. They say they are shipping within 2 -3 days of your order and ship nearly 3 weeks later - and no way to cancel the order before shipping. Very disgraceful. Terrible and will never deal with again.

I placed an order on December 1st. At the time of the order the items were available and in stock. Their website states that there items will be shipped within 3 business days. On the 20th of December I reached out to them to ask for tracking information on my order. The sent me a email and apologized for the delay. I expressed my complete distaste of their bad customer service and was told that the order is delayed. I’m not sure if they are aware there is a thing called expedited shipped, especially because they never sent my order! Guess business doesn’t matter to them and they definitely do not regard your hard earned $. I understand that it’s a busy season with Christmas but 3+ weeks for a delivery seems a bit unacceptable! I would advise you to shop elsewhere!

Dreadful customer service! I ordered a pillowcase on the 8th December. 11 days later when it didn't arrive I checked to find that it hadn't been dispatched. I emailed Blissy who said that they were very busy and my order wouldn't arrive before Christmas. I've requested a refund- let's see how long that takes!

After ordering a Christmas present for my Daughter on November the 16th, it was despatched and arrived in London on the 28th of November. Since then no updates to the tracking which is really annoying. I've emailed customer service twice and asked them to confirm the UK courier and the only responded that i have had is a link to the tracking which shows it arrived in the UK on the 28th of November. I've checked DHL, DPD, Evri and Royal Mail to try and establish who the parcel is with and the Royal Mail tracker says that it left the USA on the 27th of November but no updates since then. If I had looked at the previous reviews I would not have made an order. Luckily I have paid via Paypal so i will be contacting them and requesting a refund if it does not arrive this week......
