They pilled the third time when washed. Customer service stinks, I called to complain to see if we could do something, perhaps a replacement, and I got a snarky rep who said she would be glad to take my order for some new ones. The only reason I did not give a "1" us because they were nice the first bit we used them.

I'm not impressed with product as its started to wear out even though not had them that long the material is getting thin and worn after several washes on a short low temperature program thought they would last longer as they are extremely expensive so won't buy any more I will stick to cotton although cheaper will last forever.

While Blissy has a good reputation, I found my experience to be less than desirable. I purchased a silk pillowcase during a sale, and found it to be great..until I had to wash it. I followed the instructions on the tag, and after washing it, the texture wasn't the same after, and there were some darker spots. I reached out to customer service and I feel like whomever responded to my inquiry was probably an AI automated customer service reply bot because my issue was not addressed. I was not offered a solution, but instead I was sent washing and drying instructions, which I had already followed, as stated in my email. When I replied with a follow-up e-mail, I was ignored and my issue was never resolved. I ended up having to throw away my pillowcase, as it was no longer comfortable and soft. Not worth the nearly $80 I spent, and I won't be buying from Blissy again.

Absolutely love Blissy pillowcases. I will never go back to cotton ones. Nice and cool and lovely to sleep on. I have like 5 of them.

To start the pillows are lovely but after time ( even though washing instructions are followed) the zip give way .I would expect them to last more than a a year

This product took about 3 weeks to get. Way too long.

I love the pillow case,but I bought 2 and within a month of receiving one of the cases the fabric along the zipper frayed and the same thing happened to the second one about 2 weeks ago. I had been using this one for about a year. I just expect for the price of these cases that they hold up better

I've had the pillowcase for a couple years now and I don't notice any difference in my hair, face or any cooling effects l. Maybe for others but I found after about 30mins, it's just as warm as any other "cooling" case. It feels nice to lie on but I question the rest of the benefits.
