Not impressed in the slightest. The quality just isn't good, which is why it is much cheaper than good quality silk pillowcases. They had a great deal so I ordered 14 items but when I opened the box I couldn't believe how cheap the quality was and immediately logged in to send everything back. After I sent them back via fedex, I still hadn't seen a refund after two months, so contacted them. They said they Never got the items. Wow... okay. And at this point, which was after Christmas, I knew it would be difficult to find the fedex tracking info, let alone the receipt after two months. It took me another 3 weeks and several phone calls to Blissy, who continued to say the package never arrived, but I finally found the tracking info and saw that FedEx did indeed deliver it months ago. When I presented the tracking info, receipt and photo evidence that Fedex said it was delivered, then Blissy suddenly "found" my package. It took several more weeks but I finally got my refund, minus shipping costs. With Cheap product and shady shenanigans regarding my return, I would not trust Blissy's claims nor anything they create. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with - Never again!

Trash quality. I bought 4 and within 18 months two of the pillow cases ripped along the zippers. They offered me 45% off since it was just over a year and out of warranty. Do not buy this trash quality product and awful customer service.

A fabulous idea…feels silky smooth. Sadly, falls apart pretty fast. I’d never re-purchase.

Advert very misleading. Price in large letters £39.99. Small writing which I hadn’t seen £150. Can’t afford that. If they had sent me a statement or order confirmation I would have cancelled my order,no confirmation . They will only accept returns by certain carriers. Do not trust. Shady firm.

Ruined my order

I'm very disappointed with my Blissy Pillowcases! I ordered my 2 pillowcases 12/10/25 & received it 12/15/25. I've barely had it 2-1/2 months and it's ripped along the zipper on both sides, 1 pillowcase has ripped on the other end. I wash these inside-out and with gentle laundry soap on a gentle wash cycle. Today I washed these and was putting them on my pillows and they were both ripped out. As expensive as these are, they shouldn't be ripping out 2-1/2 months in! Ridiculous! 3/2/26-I received my 1 pillowcase of 2 that are absolutely useless. After reaching out to customer service a couple weeks ago, they were less than helpful. They finally agreed to replace my pillowcases. I only received 1 pillowcase in the mail today. I will not be purchasing another 1. They have lost me as a customer. Terrible company with terrible customer service!

It’s a scam! Nothing special at all!

Hello. I have been desperate to find a good pillow which supports my neck as I need to sleep on my back. I found these pillows and was excited to try them out. Becasue they were so expensive, I only bought them because they were guaranteed for 60 days and if unsatisfied I would get a refund. Well, after 2 nights of sleeping on them, my neck hurt and my head was completely unsupported for back sleeping. I inquired about return and I need to ship them back at my own cost to the USA!!! So, I have to pay international shipping of $100 to send them back. Completely crazy and totally unacceptable in my opinion. If they don't have a UK office, they should not sell to those in the UK and should 100% not guarantee them for a full refund.
