Like the previous 1 star rating reviews I placed my order on 27 November, expecting it to arrive well before Christmas. Several emails later, nothing. No idea when it will get from London to Scotland. Shameful misrepresentation of the delivery service they provide and very poor customer service as it does not give any idea when the parcel should arrive. Stay well clear of this company.

Today is Christmas. My husband purchased 4 pillowcases for his daughter on the 13th. The purchase was really important to him as this is very likely his last Christmas and he’s been very emotional about the details. When the shipment didn’t arrive I called on the 22nd and was assured we would receive them by Christmas. He waited anxiously only to be disappointed. I could have canceled and ordered something that he would have in hand on time for Christmas Day but we trusted the person who represented Blissy on the phone. I’m so disgusted with their despicable customer service I thought about returning their product and selecting something from a reputable company…then I read their policies and knew I’d likely get scammed on the return. Steer clear of this ugly company and warn your friends.

Terrible customer service. Ordered on the 12th "guaranteed" to be here before the 25th, and find out it has not even shipped yet. They will do/say anything to take your money.

I agree 100% with every 1 star review. Blissy may sell nice products but they are deceitful in terms of delivery and non-responsive regarding customer service inquiries. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering. And like the other reviewers, I continue to receive promotional emails about sales and special orders - when I have yet to receive the items I ordered nearly 1 month ago. I understand that shipping times are slow these days, but every other website and reputable seller lets the buyer know what to expect. Blissy gave no indication that orders placed on 11/26 (within the US) would not arrive before Christmas. 1/7/23 - still no product and still no response from Blissy. This is fraud!

Perhaps the worst company I have dealt with in a decade. Could NOT provide a ship date a month after ordering. Customer service is nothing more than Auto replies. Read other reviews. Do not trust this company.

Do not order ANYTHING from this company. Orders go unprocessed, any inquiry via computer is answered with a blanket response ( same response every time) Phone call inquiries are answered by the rudest folks.

I ordered mine on the 25th of November for Christmas and it’s still not here. I have emailed support several times who keep sending me the tracking number again and again. They think I don’t know how to track a parcel. I live in the UK. The parcel was in London on the 5th of December then went back to America then came back to London last week and has now gone to Australia! It has been in 75 different locations according to the shop app. Around the world in 21 days! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I ordered a Blissy pillow case on 23/11/22 and 3 more on 30/11/22. I have received none. The 2nd order has not, according to tracking info, left Los Angeles. I have sought help from customer service but they have blamed Royal Mail, in emails that are short, unhelpful and barely literate, despite it being a tad unreasonable to hold Royal Mail responsible for failings in California. I keep getting emails urging me to buy more items from Blissy, which is annoying when they are clearly unable to serve an existing customer. The product may be good, obviously I have no idea, and I’m considerably out of pocket so would urge caution if dealing with this company.
