I actually did receive the very expensive pillowcases and mine was very lovely to sleep on- however, it absorbs facial oil and moisturizers which DO NOT wash out after cleaning it EXACTLY as instructed : it looks dirty and I am embarrassed to have given them as gifts. Customer service is, ofcourse, not honoring their 60 Day , No Questions Asked Full Refund policy.

Ordered a pillowcase on Black Friday but never received it. It’s been 6 weeks and they still haven’t shipped it despite me contacting them multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money with them

I made an order and it took a month to arrive. When it finally arrived the wrong item was sent and I’ve sent 5 emails to customer support asking them to send what I ordered or refund me. I’m being ignored!! I’m so angry! They make a mistake and they keep my money!! I want what I ordered or a refund asap! What kind of a company is this???

Ordered at the start of Nov. Got lost, tracking link was a dead end. Finally arrived in January. Disappointing customer service. Intermittently responsive. Unwilling to compensate me in any way. In the interim, found replacements on amazon (SLP Baby) beautiful jewel tones. Arrived immediately, equally as beautiful as my original Blissy pillow cases. Save your $ and TIME.

Same as all the other reviewers. Awful customer service, awful company, awful consumer experience. Stay far far away from this company. I ordered pillowcases 3 weeks ago and they never got shipped. I never received any updates. I emailed them last week to ask for an update and they said they would contact the shipping department to follow up and provide me a new tracking number. Of course, they never followed up. I emailed them again telling them they promised and didn’t deliver and that I would like to cancel my order because of this awful experience. They refunded me but no explanation as to why their service was so bad, no apology no anything. Just thank you for your interest here’s your refund. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. Stay away and don’t purchase any of their products!!

I ordered 4 King pillowcases on 12/8/22, and they were GUARANTEED to arrive before Christmas. I contacted Blissy on 12/20/22 to inquire about a status and was told that my order was due to ship within 24-hours. I specifically asked if they were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and was told, "Yes". When my order DID NOT arrive before Christmas, I again contacted Blissy twice more. During the first conversation I was told that they could cancel the order. I told them that I wanted the pillowcases, but expected compensation because their guarantee was not met. The young lady told me that a supervisor would contact me, but that didn't happen. I called again and spoke with Lena and requested that a supervisor, Mary, contact me. My pillowcases finally arrived on 12/30/22, but I have yet to be contacted by anyone at Blissy, nor has the fact that their guarantee was not met. This company's guarantee is worthless, and their integrity means even less.

Do not use Blissy !!!! Yesterday, on 3 January 2023 in the afternoon, I ordered 4 pillowcases from Blissy but they said my payment was declined so I ordered with another card. The same thing happened I was told my payment had been declined. An hour or so later, I saw from my bank accounts that payments were going through. I don't know how, after being told my payments had been declined Lloyds Bank were very helpful and stopped the payment Santander did not help. Told me to contact the company. I did and said payment should not be taken. Today my money (£168) has gone and Blissy say the shipment cannot be stopped. What sort of company is this? Underhand, dishonest,cunning. Please everyone avoid this company. I just wish I had read the reviews before trying, in good faith to order their products.

Awful customer services, £168 spent on goods, parcel never delivered 3 months in still trying to get replacement goods or a refund, this company is a joke.
