Got an email stating my package arrived but it didn't. It's been over a week. Very disappointed I wasted over $80.

Ordered the pillowcases over 6 weeks ago. The package tracker shows the pillowcases have not moved in over 2 weeks. I have emailed Blissy virtually daily for updates, the latest excuse is that the delivery company are experiencing high volumes of delivery, but the tracker does not even show where the package is. Buying from the States with delivery to Europe does not work. Unacceptable delays with constant excuses. As an update the pillowcases arrived today. A transport company which uses a more trackable system is a must.

Just received my pillowcase today, and it is not “white”, Busch more off-white. I have not washed it or used it yet, but just disappointed that the color is not true.

The pillow case took over one month to arrive and the standard pillow case was too small for a standard pillow. I compared the length of the pillow case to other standard silk pillow cases from other brands and it was indeed shorter. Terrible service.

BEWARE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took 18 emails before they answered my question to return a pillowcase i did not order and then they said i was responsible to pay return shipping. I tried calling 3 times, waited 30+ min each time before they disconnected the line. And the Canadian web site gives you US prices but you dont know that till you hit payment and you see your bill is 25% more! Thank god I used PayPal who immediately refunded me. PS - silk pillowcases don't prevent hair matting as i had read. Dont waste your money for this reason.

BE AWARE! I ORDERED 2 PILLOW CASES MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AGO. 3 DAYS AGO I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE AT ANY TIME ON ANY DAY EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE SAYS YOU CAN CALL THEM. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BLISSY

I ordered 4 pillowcases as Christmas presents. I ended up needing only 2. They will not respond to my request for a refund of 2 of them. I’ve emailed them many times. Sent a message through their chat too. My next step is to spread the word through social media. This is not right.

Been waiting for months for this pillowcase to be delivered.. all I’m still getting to this point is order tracking that says “your order has been placed”….? Is it still at the factory? What is going on? Expected it be be a week or so to be delivered. If I had of known this I would have just grabbed something significantly cheaper off of Amazon. Their website reviews on the actual site itself are all 5 stars. Something very fishy about this brand and what it claims to be. Will never buy from them again . Be careful people. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
