Right there with everyone else. Thought the pillowcases were great so we bought 3 sets. So far 4 of the six have all torn along the zipper like so many others have described. Found a similar item on Amazon for about 25% the price of the Blissy brand and so far have held up better.

I erroneously ordered 4 king size pillowcases instead of two because of the way the website represented their "special". I spent ~$271; when I returned the 2 I did not intend to order, they refunded me $57! I have been going back and forth on their math, but not sure I will ever see the rest of my money. Their pillowcase is ok, I've used silk pillowcases for over 2 decades, and don't think these are any better than those I've used in the past from Amazon. Except, these cost more and the company is not honest in their advertising, nor their refund policy. Don't bother with this brand, it's a rip-off.

After purchasing 3 Blissy pillowcases I’ve discovered a flaw, the silk frays from the zipper. I have followed care and washing instructions with all 3 with the same result. These are expensive pillowcases and for the price should last longer than a year, but they don’t. Don’t expect any support from the company, when I wrote I only received a generic letter advising how to wash the pillowcase with no other option to rectify the issue. Disappointing product and I wondering why it took me 3 purchases to realize this!

I really wish I had read these reviews before ever ordering from Blissy. 30% of the reviews are 1-star? Yikes. My order never came, supposedly held up at the border (according to the Canada Post tracking number, which I had to ask Blissy for). I suspected it was lost. Over several emails with their customer support, I was told to wait because things take a long time at the border (never *this* long!) - while, during this process, receiving an email from them with a fair bit of tone, numerous spam emails asking about my order, founder’s birthday promotions…and finally, a notice of delivery! 🤣🙄 I had to ask for my money back not once, but *twice*. The refund came quickly, and the email informing me of it also stated that there was “an issue at Canada Customs that has since been resolved”…if that was the case, why didn’t “the issue” just get resolved after my *first* email asking about my order? Avoid this company like the plague. Ugh.

I bought a dreamset as a gift and a pillowcase for myself. I used the pillowcase literally for 5 days and I noticed the colour is faded is several spots. So due to the “60day money back guarantee” I sent it back to get my money back. Now It’s been almost 2month and they did not refund me. They just keep sending robotic messages in response to my emails and keep deleting my comments and reviews on their Instagram and Facebook pages. There is no customer service and customer support in Blissy! They just get your money and then you are on your own. The worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing, delivery and service from a company!

Awful customer service. When I ordered I ask that they not send the free pillow mist spray, because I am allgeric to it. They sent it anyway and it ruined my day, I physically felt ill. Then I return my order. It has been over 2 weeks and still not refund. I have called 3 times and each time I get a different answer. My next will be to my credit card to dispute the charge. Pillow case is nice, but not worth all this.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Placed an order a month ago. The courier has no tracking info on it. Blissy keeps placating me, basically not taking any responsibility, saying , “international orders can take 6 weeks. However, I’ve received many international orders since Blissy’s purchase. Customer service doesn’t care about their customers once they have your money! Buyer beware.

I originally bought something from Blissy last year as a gift for a friend and the pillowcase didn't even last three weeks. They were very careful with it as well and handled it per the instructions given. I thought I would give them another chance but kept reading bad reviews about this company in regard to the pillowcases not lasting as well as long ship times. I still thought I might try it out for myself as I did like a couple of their products. With the current sale, they apply a discount automatically and I went to try to use my reward dollars as well but their online system wouldn't accept it. The reward dollars are not a coupon or discount - they are a credit/refund of sorts that you get for buying items with them or following their pages online. You get points that translate into dollars to use. So because their system won't allow you to use your reward dollars that you earned along with the discount they are giving, your rewards aren't good on anything unless you buy something full price. I called in to ask for a manager two days ago and again yesterday but no avail. This is terrible business!! Buy elsewhere from a company that honors what they give you. **And please read the other reviews below as they are not wrong. This company is awful.
