I bought a pillowcase for my husband who wasn’t sleeping very well. It didn’t seem to make much difference but we held out hope. We had a pillowcase for 13 months. It was used about 50% of the time as I had pillows matching my second set of bedding. I go to put it in today and the silk as ripped all along where it attaches to the zip. It’s the actual silk that’s ripped, not the seam. I contacted Blissy and apparently as we’re out of our 12 month guarantee they won’t cover it. So basically they only expect their products to last 1 year. For me, though they offered a 25% discount, this is too much money for 1 year. Look elsewhere in my opinion

Blissy is a joke’ I read all the great reviews and ended up paying way too much for a crappy wrinkled up pillow case! It says it needs to be hand washed! That is ridiculous! It is so wrinkled and has done nothing for my hair or skin. You can’t do a review on their site because they block it! I am so disguised that I got sucked into another scheme! Do not buy this junk! I have $5.00 satin pillowcases that are better!

scams, very expensive product, you must alert people who live far from the United States that there are other customs clearance costs and another local transport service to pay.

Had I known that this company is using Evri as their courier (in the UK) and sending it from the US, I would have not placed my order in the first place. The delivery company Evri is known for losing, stealing and not delivering their packages. I contacted Blissy when the package had been sent back to the sender by Evri. Blissy sent a replacement package that again wasn't delivered by Evri (as Evri fails most of the time). I haven't received my money back from Blissy (yet?). I advised Blissy not to send their packages via Evri (previously known as Hermes). I refuse to purchase products from the sellers using Evri. I wish I could try their silk pillowcases and give them a good review, but it is what it is unfortunately.

Very disappointed in these expensive pillow cases. The only reason I gave 1 star is that they do feel good, but the quality is terrible. We have purchased 3 sets and ALL 3 have ripped at the seam. I even contacted the company, the customer service was TERRIBLE and after multiple attempts by phone and email, they finally sent a "one time courtesy replacement". Of which that now has ripped also. I wash in cold water, on delicate, with an extremely gentle laundry detergent and do not dry (per their instructions) I'm not going to waste any more of my precious time fighting but felt it necessary to share so maybe someone else won't waste their money.

If I could give 0 I would have. It’s ridiculous I spent £168 I placed the order on the 2nd of august 2023 and I still haven’t received my order but money has been taken and I have contacted them and not received any response. How are you even operating a business with this terrible service I want a REFUND!!! AVOID AT ALL COST ITS A SCAM

I've ordered 2 pillowcases as a Birthday present. On Blissy website it stated processing time 1-3 days, and shipping within 1-2 weeks. After waiting for a week, I contacted them asking about the shipment as no tracking or the fact that it was shipped was provided. The answer I received was, we're sorry your shipment will be shipped soon. I thought they will at least expedite it. In 2 weeks I contacted them and they bluntly stated our international shipping is 15-20 days ( which completely contradicts what is being advertised on the website. I sent and requested a free return label as I had to arrange for a different presend, spend time and money, and had no further use to this. They bluntly denied and stated that they recommend to have a tracking number as "hint, hint" they may not receive your order for refund or exchange!! This was my experience, extremely disappointed!

Terrible service. do not trust their website. They do not use the shipping companies they suggest and do not even get close to making shipping dates. Do not waste your money
