The zipper is broken on the $100 pillow case. Very disappointing. Did not last very long. I still have it in my linen closet.

This pillow, while I am sure is fine for some, did nothing to support my neck.

Quality is not what I expected for the price. Pillowcases started shredding even though they were washed in a laundry bag on gentle cycle. When I tried to return, I reported unhappy with quality. I couldn’t find my payment/paperwork so I couldn’t exchange or get a refund.

I ordered two pillowcases, both purchased in December 2024. Less than a year later both are going in the bin. The stitching is so poor on them that they have both separated along the hem lines. They have been washed in line with the washing instructions but sadly, they just do not last. Such a shame because they are not cheap and do feel lovely.

I love your pillowcases, but recently a zipper broke out of one so I am now a little bit disillusioned! Since they are so pricey!

Your pillowcases are no big deal. Didn’t help with hair loss or wrinkles. Didn’t feel like I slept any better with Blissy.

Vey disappointed with Blissy’s Customer Service. I have written you before but never ever received a response. I take excellent care of my pillow cases but am not pleased that they don’t stand up to standards.

I have purchased two silk pillowcases from Blissy and they both shredded at the zipper. I need another one so badly right now but don’t know if I trust buying another from this company.
