SCAM..Blissy is a scam. Been 2 months, no communication to where my order is. No reply to my emails or calls. Nothing. Totaly scam. Do not order from this site

I made three separate orders for Blissy pillowcases one for myself & 2 additional orders as gifts. With each order I was promised a $30 credit for future purchases as part of the regular purchase process. I was not sent any credits as promised as part of the purchase process. With each sale I followed up with the Blissy ‘customer service’ team and they ensured me I would get the promised credits in 30-60 days. It has now over 3 months & Blissy has still not provided any credit. Not sure if this is a scam or ???. Might understand if it was a single purchase & the credit got ‘lost’ in process but - 3 separate purchases over a couple of months. Shame on Blissy

You all replaced several of our Blissy pillowcases for me because I had guarantee on them from years ago. However, when I ordered the new ones, they did the same thing (zipper issues) and I found out there was no guarantee on these. I don't plan on buying any more of your pillowcases in the near future!

Multiple products ripped along the zipper after less than 2 years of use.

Purchased 12 king Blissy pillowcases in Dec 2023. All have to be thrown out because of tears and rips. Cases were washed in cold water in bag. Blissy refuses to acknowledge because cases are more than a year old.

Ordered 4 pillowcases in different colors to match my decor - received 4 champagne pillowcases - not what I ordered. Unable to get the correct ones shipped and very poor customer service. No information provided to return them and have to pay for the return shipping up front. Not pleased at all.

i've tried many silk bonnets and even satin bonnets from Amazon that are better than this one. not good functionally, or with the way it looks on either. it's simultaneously too big for my head and too small for my hair. i'm surprised by the lack of 1-3 star reviews on their website and this makes it very suspicious that those are getting deleted by Blissy. and their return policy is whack. 60 days but needs to be unused? if they really believed in their product they would let you try it for the amount of days and have a money back guarantee. i really tried to give it a chance but there are a million other bonnets that are better, real silk, and half the price. i will say that i do love their pillowcases and have bought 12 of them, but because of my experience with the bonnets, i will not be supporting this company any longer.

As a long time, repeat customer, it pains me to write this review. The products are good, however customer service if something goes wrong, is appalling. On my latest order they sent me the wrong size pillowcase. When I contacted them to explain, they expect me to pay to return the incorrect item, and only once they receive it back will they send the correct item. Summary: they made a mistake and expect me to pay to fix it.
