Terrible customer service, ordered a white very expensive pillowcase and it cream, contacted customer services to be told the white is ivory not white! Description should state this and to send back is at my own cost! Very disappointed. Don't waste your money of you're wanting white in colour.

While I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing Blissy pillow cases for myself and friends, my experience when I had a product issue was disappointing at the least. I had four pillow cases tear at the zipper dispute following the washing procedure. I would expect that for the price of these items the product would hold up much better. I contacted customer service and was offered a discount on my next purchase. No thank you. There will be no next purchase.

I bought the Blissy pillowcase in August 2023. I initially thought it was wonderful. . .nice and silky. The fabric was "thick." I finally decided to wash it after a couple of months. I hand washed it in my bathroom sink and air dried it. The fabric is now limp and has no body. I sent a photo to Blissy of my compressing almost the entire pillow case in my hand.

A very disappointing experience. The product was clearly faulty and they wouldn’t help as it was given as a gift. I sent photos to show the problem and they weren’t interested in resolving it. An expensive product with no aftercare whatsoever.

I ordered 4 pillowcases with a Buy 3 Get 1 promo. I bought two for me and 2 as gifts for two men in my life. Unfolding the two I was keeping for myself, I found very deep wrinkles including at the corners where it had been folded in the boxes. I followed all washing directions, used lingerie bags and washed the 2 cases inside out on delicate cycle. My washer does not have an agitator, just a small hump down on the bottom. Then I air-dried them. The wrinkles I had seen before were still there plus more from the washing experience. I contacted BLISSY and voiced my dissatisfaction. I was told I would need to steam iron them. Nowhere on their site did I read that they would need ironing. I never iron and the 2 men that were slated for the unopened cases would not iron, rendering them useless. I was told that I could not return the defective ones, which she later told me were the washed ones. I could return the two unopened cases but I would only get refunded for one basically since one was free with the buy3/get 1 promotion. And I would have to pay to return them! I would NEVER recommend these cases unless you like to iron and can put up with customer service that doesn't support their customers very well.

TERRIBLE!!! The product is terrible as is their return policy with all their fine print! The material doesn’t even feel like silk and it stains. I put my night time facial creams on before bed and first night now they have stains all over them. These “silk” pillow cases are terrible. They also will not let you return once you’ve tried them or opened them. How can you know if you like them or need to return them with this as your option. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bright, vibrant blue and was sent purple. Tried to return it and they argued with me that it is a purple/blue and said I had to pay return shipping. For their false representation of the product! I even sent a side by side screenshot from THEIR website and a picture of the product I received and they still argued I was wrong. Also a product they quickly discontinued. The customer service rep argued with me via email that it's advertised as purple and couldn't spell anything correctly. These are twice the price as kitsch for the exact same thing. Save your money. These are overpriced and a headache. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. They scam you into purchasing 2 pillowcases even when you thought you were purchasing 1. If you don’t decline their “special offer” at the end of purchase to purchase 2 for a special price then they automatically charge you for 2 items. When I noticed 2 charges on my credit card I called the company and they said I failed to decline the special offer. If I want to return the second item I never intended to purchase I can but I have to pay for shipping. What a scam. That is good old fashion trickery.
