My pilllow case is all ripped along the zipper. Apparently it’s over their warranty time limit. I paid fortune for this pillowcase and they should have at least 2y warranty . It’s absolutely terrible customer service. Save yourself trouble and get other brands. I’m very disappointed.

Recieved gift set missing mask. After 7 days and 24 plus hours between each communication, still no resolution. HORRIBLE customer service!

Never stated the item wouldn't get here for Christmas and now it's not here at all. They ship from the US even though they have UK departments. Their website and fake reviews make it seem like they are a premier outfit. But they just are not

Be careful with them. Don’t look at the good reviews in their website. I post a one star review and probably they deleted or they never posted it. This is the reason why they have only good reviews, they just don’t post the bad reviews. When I was ordering my pillowcase it was weird for me how they don’t have one bad review even the best products ever made will have at least one bad review. The reason is they just don’t post the bad reviews. Be careful when you order with them. I think the real reviews are here not in their website.

I placed my order on 2nd December. On the 20th When I asked where it was they said it was with thousands of other parcels waiting to be delivered. It’s now 28th Dec and still no sign. Terrible service, avoid this company.

Customer service sucks. They play games with the pricing. We bought 3 [illow cases. I was not involved in the purchase, but supposedly there were "buy 2 and get a 3rd at a discount. The pillows arrived after 3 weeks and then i reviewed their website and saw that they offered : buy 3 get one free" and there was a 25% discount. So since i bought my pillows on cyber Monday I assumed i was getting a good price. Well, for 3 cases I paid $208. The price on the website was $168. I wrote to complain and their client service person basically was either too dumb to understand why I was dissatisfied or just didn't care. So i am returning the 2 unopened pillowcases. Interested to see what they are going to refund. .

Worst company ever. I cannot believe they even bother to have a customer service email - BEWARE ordering from them!

I HAD 6 Blissy white king silk pillowcases. I now only have 1 left that the seam where the zipper is has not completely come undone. It is important to know I wash my pillowcases on delicate in cold water with Woolite extra delicate and line dry them in my home (never in the sun). I have reached out to the company 2 times and had the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.
