Since my purchase in May 2024 I have received a barrage of emails from Blissy despite unsubscribing each time. Despite my raising this issue and having received an email promising that I would receive no further emails I am still receiving emails. They clearly do not comply with the rules and I have since read the reviews on Trustpilot and compared them to the reviews on the Blissy website. There is not a single 1 or 2 star review recorded and I have sent one just today because I am sick of them ignoring my requests. As regards the product it was ok but expensive for what it was and delivery was slow.

Ordered a pair of their sweatpants in grey, with express delivery and it proved to be a massive waste of time. There was nothing express about the delivery, it took over a month I supposedly get to me, from China. Further to this - and I appreciate this isn’t entirely all their fault - Evri left the parcel outside of my door and it was stolen. I contacted the customer services team, who offered to give me half of the fee back. This never happened.

First off, I posted this review on Blissy's webpage for this product (both through an email asking for a review, and on the site directly), and it never appeared! It does seem they only display positive reviews, as there are 600+ reviews and none below 4 stars. I bought two standard-size bonnets, and they were both significantly larger than and different in shape from the standard-size bonnet I have from a previous (recent) order. The two bonnets were even slightly different in size from each other. I emailed Bliss and they were completely unhelpful, first just informing me what the sizes of the bonnets should be, then asking for photos multiple times, not believing that the bonnets are larger despite photos clearly showing the size discrepancies. Some of their emails even cut off mid-sentence! What should have been a simple two-email exchange ended up being a bizarre and frustrating thread with more than 10 emails. I also called customer service and the representative was quite rude, even hanging up abruptly at one point. I’ve ordered from Blissy multiple times because their scrunchies come in many different colors, and their prices are relatively low after discounts. But if the incompetence of their customer service or inconsistencies in sizing is any reflection of the quality of their products, I’d be extremely hesitant to purchase from this brand again.

If I could give them 0 stars i would. I decided to splurge on myself and get a pillowcase as a treat. The first product said delivered but I never got it. I reached out to them immediately within 24 hours I received a response They were going to investigate with the postal office and that if I didn't hear anything back in 7 to 10 days to reach back out to them. So 14 days go by and I reach back out to them and let them know that I haven't heard anything. They respond back and tell me that, they will reship my order within 2 to 3 days. I replied to them that I would like confirmation of shipping and tracking number they were never able to provide that information and here we are almost 2 months later. I did receive my package today, but at this point, I don't want it. I'm so disgusted with them. I won't ever do business with them again

I am extremely disappointed with my Blissy pillowcase. After paying over $70, I expected a product that would last. Unfortunately, in less than three years, the zipper started to come off, making the pillowcase unusable. Despite following all the care instructions to the letter—washing each pillowcase separately in its own laundry bag and never using a dryer—the quality has not held up. To make matters worse, Blissy's customer service refused to replace the defective pillowcase, despite my being a repeat customer. For a premium-priced product, I expected much better durability and customer support. I had planned to buy more from Blissy, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere. I cannot recommend Blissy based on my experience.

I ordered 1 pillowcase. USPS won’t deliver it due to an address mistake. I reentered my address PLUS a 02 cent charge. Am leaving town in 2 days. What’s going on? 6167452204

I was very excited when I got my pillowcase and put it on my pillow right away. I put on my night cream but it was about 2 hours before I could actually go to bed. The next morning I was horrified to see that there was a stain where my head had been on the pillow. The next night, I turned the pillow over because I wanted to test it again and got the same results. I reached out to customer service and told them about the staining and sent them pics. They wrote back saying "it looks like the product is stained" and here's how to wash it. Don't waste your money. This is a scam.

I ordered two pillow cases from Blissy. I returned one after getting an email from the company explaining how I was to go about it. I asked them to exchange the color with a different color that was in stock. I never heard from anyone there and called @ 2 weeks later and they said they got the return but they did not get the note i had placed in the package. I told them which product I wanted to replace it with and two weeks went by and my mother still had not gotten the new pillow case. I called again and they told me that when the package was sent back the case was not inside the package. This is the second time I spoke w/ them this month and the first person never said that there was nothing in the package besides a receipt from a pet store. Supposedly the manager is going to call me back now. These cases aren't cheap. Don't buy from them, terrible customer service! Who would pay 10$ to send an empty bag to a company?
