I purchased a Blissy pillowcase, hoping that it would be better than the satin ones I purchased previously. I have been greatly disappointed. Not only did the pillowcase literally fall apart after less than a year while following the washing instructions. When I contacted the company for a refund/replacement, they sent multiple emails questioning how I cared for the item, after I told them I followed the care instructions on the label. It's insulting that they continue to question me, rather than replace or refund an unsatisified customer. For what this item cost, it should certainly last for more that 9 months! I won't purchase from this company again. Not to mention, the silk is no better than the "cheaper" pillowcases made from satin.

The warning to all of us is in plain view - there is NO way every item on their site has a legitimate 5 star rating! This tells us that they only post positive or solicited reviews, so if you’re not happy for any reason they simply ignore you and move onto the next sucker. I wrote 25 emails trying to get honest treatment then I scraped them off the bottom of my shoes and found another site. Avoid Blissy at all costs and you will have a happier experience with anyone else. If you’re still considering shopping with Blissy - the Better Business Bureau has given them a rating of D! BUYER BEWARE!!

Appears to be a dishonest company with fabricated reviews. I had a quality issue with a set of pillowcases, and the customer service was terrible. When I looked further, it appears that reviews are fabricated. Nowhere does it actually allow for a review to be submitted.

Don’t spend your money. I have two other eye masks that bought for a third of blissy’s cost and have the same quality and feel the same.

I have not felt any of the effects that Blissy claims would result from using the pillow case. My hair is as frizzy as ever. My skin looks the same after one month. I feel I was "taken in" and persuaded to spend an exorbitant amount of money on two pillow cases.

I ordered the deal for 3 and was getting the 4th free, thinking i was paying under £40. NO!! Little did i Know they charged my account over £130. My bank did text me, with no response from me. My Mistake. Hence my account was BLOCKED......... IT GETS WORST ONCE I RECEIVED THE GOODS! CHEAP AND BEING CONNED!! The package must have cost more than the PRODUCT!! YOUR better of going to your local John Lewis and knowing what your paying for!!!

Bks it is such a gimmic, nothing but a gimmick, it does not even write the proven reason why this blissy product willl do what they claim to improve your sleep or skin as they are implying in their site, its just all their marketing scam talk, it does NOT improve your skin or mode after waking up bks it is just the silky pilllow case material which differ from any ordinary pillows, its only a scam marketing in order to attract you if you are so damn enough to beleive them.
