I would give this zero stars if I could. I had a pillowcase that disintegrated in a matter of months. Because of the price I took care of this product, especially when laundering. When I reached out to Blissy it was nothing short of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would never recommend this product or the company to anyone buyer beware!

This is my second blissy pillow case. Both of which have fallen apart. I called the company, and they are of no help. Very disappointed. I will shop elsewhere.

I’m sorry but this pillowcase is overrated! Does not fit my standard size latex pillow and the zip broke when I attempted to close it!

The customer service is atrocious. In July 2024 bought 4 pillowcases for a total of $146.84 and the quality is very poor. I contacted their customer service and was told if I didn't keep all the expensive boxes and packaging, they would not do anything to rectify the issue even if their product is garbage. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! There is no money back guarantee. No try the product for 30 days. By the time you try these pillowcases and wash them you realize how inferior they are and then NO REFUNDS. The "youth size" that would fit my odd sized pillows would never stay on for even one night. The zipper broke on the standard sized pillows right after the first wash. These are way overpriced cheaply made inferior pillowcases. After trying to get assistance from their customer service with absolutely no luck, I wrote a review on their website which never showed up. I believe their review ratings are fraudlent because there is no way everyone (or ANYONE) is giving them a 5 star rating. RUN from this disgusting company and don't waste your money!

I contacted Blissy via email for them to contact EVRI as did not receive my order the courier has left the parcel in an exposed location not safe in front of a refused bin facing the street Now I have no items a missing delivery most likely stolenThese items were gifts. While I purchased all for gifts in 2023 Christmas. My son’s the youth pillow case was a far less quality silk & noticeably too. It’s now August 2024, 8 months later and it’s completely frayed and tore down the center of his pillow where his head rests. I washed accordingly as suggested- which I stated cold water by hand with mild deterrent, lay flat to dry and they said it looks like it was washed at high heat- did you not just listen to what I said. It’s bloody $$$ and I wasn’t going to mess it up with improper washing. It’s so thin you can see my hand though it- they said it’s mulberry silk- I don’t give a damn it’s faulty. My other 3 don’t do that. Offered a “discount” of 25% Not going to waste another cent.
