I wrote Blissy and wanted to let them know that 4 out of 5 of the pillow cases I bought have ripped by the zippers! Everyone in the same spot!! No help!! I did get one replaced but since then nothing! I will never buy one again. I have two friends with the same problem!

Extremely poor customer service. Product is ok. Not worth it, advise to shop elsewhere.

I ordered 4 pillowcases as CHristmas gifts. Received notice that gifts would arrive between Dec 17 and Dec 27. Then on Dec 27, I received a notice that they had cancelled order because of lack of supply of product. In the meanwhile, the recipients, received a notice that several attempts had been made to deliver but their credit card number was needed because they could not deliver because of underpayment of mail charge. $.08 !!!!. The recipients foolishly provided number . I strongly urged them to notify their credit card company that some form of scam was going on. Which they did. All of this occurred through an order on Amazon. Something strongly amiss here

Horrific customer service. Does Blissy even have a warranty? The pillowcase tore along the entire zipper. The company wanted proof of purchase. It was a gift!

I wished I had read the reviews first. Terrible customer support - not had an answer to several emails to the support team. Ordered pillowcases and wash bags, only pillowcases arrived even though packing note said was bags in the package and they clearly weren't. Instead the tiniest bottle of spray was in there. Would never had ordered this spray as it smells awful. If I could give this company less than 1 star I would.

WOW. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone—Blissy’s customer service is absolutely horrendous. Like so many others, I placed an order during Black Friday, increasing my purchase twice to take advantage of their advertised promos, one of which included a free laundry bag. That offer was the only reason I upped my order, yet when my package arrived, the laundry bag was scribbled out on the packing slip. No email. No explanation. No communication whatsoever. I waited patiently for three weeks hoping for an update, but nothing. When I finally reached out to their customer service team, I was met with dismissive, unhelpful responses that completely ignored the issue I raised. This pattern repeated two more times, with the same lack of accountability and acknowledgment. Eventually, after escalating my frustration, I got the most underwhelming response: “We were busy with Black Friday orders, it was a mistake. We shipped your bags out.” That’s it. Let me be clear: this is not how you treat paying customers. I spent my hard-earned money on their products, only to be dismissed and made to feel like I was a nuisance for simply asking about a promo item they advertised. Blaming it on being “too busy” making money is beyond unacceptable. A company’s true character shows in how it handles mistakes, and Blissy failed spectacularly. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This was a disgusting experience with zero accountability or professionalism. Based on other reviews I’ve now seen across platforms, this isn’t an isolated incident—poor customer service seems to be their standard. I will NEVER return as a customer and will actively warn others to avoid Blissy. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers. Blissy, do better.

I ordered white and recieved cream. I contacted customer services who said their whites are cream/ivory. No where does it state that on the website when I ordered. If it said cream on the website I would have chosen a different colour to match my bedding. Blissy would like to charge me for returning these cream pillowcases that are supposed to be white. Not happy. Blissy please correct your colour description to cream.
