We were enjoying the smoothness of our Kingsize Silk Blissy Pillow Cases UNTIL… We carefully washed and air dried our Blissy pillow cases no more than 20 times since receiving them. Today - a zipper fell off one of the pillow cases!  We had no issue paying the premium price however are very disappointed by the defective product after so few uses. @BLISSY Customer Service was useless in resolving the issue! Due to poor quality and BLISSY’S lack of interest in replacing an obviously DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 😡

Blissy had a "great" offer. When I saw the charge of over $213.93 on my credit card, I could see they overcharged me. I sent back half of what they claimed I ordered (all in original packaging), and received only a quarter of the original charge back. These people are a scam and don't even deserve a "1" rating.

This company is BRUTAL to deal with. I ordered a pillowcase as a gift and the box came absolutely destroyed. I asked the company for a small discount given that the packaging was ruined and that I didn’t have time to order a new one in time. They sent me automated AI replies to tell me that they’d ship me a new box about 5 times after I kept replying to say that I didn’t have time to wait for a new box. The emails back and fourth were beyond frustrating. The company must be hurting.

Terrible quality and support Ripped .

One of the biggest scams and what a joke. My husband had ordered 2 pillow cases for my birthday. Order was placed on 11/11/24. We received the package on 6/1/25. Almost two months later. There was some sort of oil patch on both pillow cases. When I called the customer services, rude representative simply told me to return the product. No return labels are offered. We live in Canada and to return these two cases are almost the price of the item. I requested a label to post it from Buffalo New York. Rude lady refused it stating our mailing address is Canada and we need to ship it from Canada. What does it matter whether mailed from here or Buffalo???? Really. They are so nice when you order the products and thereafter we are on our own. People please don’t buy this product, there are several other suppliers if you want pure silk pillow cases. I spent US$ 35.00 to ship this product and the price of the item was Canadian dollars 137.00. Run run run away from this scam and the company. Most of the reviews seems like not genuine and they must be hiring companies to review them. Shame on you for cheating hardworking people.

Placed two seperate orders for pillow cases on November 30th for Chfristmas gifts. Neither order has arrived! Today, told it is list in transit so asked for a refund. Received an email stating will receive it in 5 days but still being charged £5.45 postage for each parcel.

The worst customer service ever. AVOID this company at all costs, there are loads of other businesses making exactly the same products. Better/same quality and excellent shipping and customer service.

I bought 3 Blissy bonnets. They were too tight. I had a headache the next morning. Also, there was no difference in my hair the next morning. They sent an email asking for a review of their product. When I wrote a negative review, their system would not let me submit it. I wonder how many other people they ignored.
