So I bought the stripy white pillow case £62 and when it arrived it was cream. Blissy’s customer service respond was… “Please be advise that Blissy white is a creamy/ivory white. Blissy silk items are a natural white colour due to our Oeko Tex certified production process, which eliminates the use of all harsh chemicals and toxins normally used to achieve a stark white finish”. It is white on the website picture and arrives cream. They don’t provide a return label so I have to pay for the return when they basically sent me a lie. If I wanted cream I would have ordered cream and the picture is WHITE! All this is very wrong and so unprofessional! I will never buy from Blissy again and what ever you order, don’t order the white stripe as it is cream! Don’t buy from them!

This company sucks for customer service.I have had nothing but great service from other online shops like shapermint halara il makiage.. Just Got my order and one of the pillowcases has massive drool stains!!!! they're telling me that I would have to send it back on my dime!!! Like what kind of quality control is that? I spent 85 dollars per pillow case and you send me a dirty one!?!?!?!? Gross. Don't buy.

Their site is a lie and it's all their company people putting reviews I bought a pillowcase for them and I paid $66 my hair is all frizzy and terrible don't waste your money it's not even good silk that they're using they're liars I didn't send it back but I want to not worth $66 I only ordered one pillowcase if you agree to give me my money back I'll take down this review I just want my money back I'm a poor lady $66 is too much my hair is all ratted it didn't do anything for my hair

Followed instructions exactly for first washing. It totally lost its silk feeling. Wrote the company and got stock responses with no explanation. Told I need to use their detergent. No where on the washing instructions does it say that. Also look on the website. It’s impossible to write a review, yet surprise they have oodles of great reviews showing. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money!!!!

My husband got me one white pillowcase for Christmas. Loved it, so decided to order 4 more, 2 more white and 2 ash blue. We both used the ash blue, and BOTH of the pillowcases left stains the first night. Customer service told me that we cannot use any facial products or lotions, which we clearly do not, and if that was the case, WHY wouldnt the white one discolor? The customer service rep NEVER finished the conversation with me, never asked me if I wanted a refund, or offered any kind of recourse, even knowing what a wasted purchase this was. I didnt save the packaging since the white pillowcase did not do this, and therefore, I read the fine print, original packaging needed. Terrible, terrible, terrible, shame on you Blissy. Very misleading.

The product itself is probably good BUT,

Danger- do not buy. I chose the fastest shipping option when I ordered a gift for a girl in the hospital and they didn’t ship it- at all. When I expressed concern and asked when it would ship, they hastily cancelled the order and gaslit me when I asked why they cancelled it; saying they don’t offer “expedited” shipping, they offer “express” shipping and they claimed to have cancelled it at MY request, which was a complete lie. What a horrible business- also they never apologized. I quickly ordered a higher-quality item on Amazon so I am just relieved they didn’t get my money.

I ordered a white pillow case. They sent me a grey one. Didn’t care when I asked for them to send me the right pillow case I ordered. They were rude. I’m now using the grey and it’s totally yellowed and gross. Horrible experience. Too embarrassed to even put it on my bed. Don’t recommend, they don’t care about the customer.
