When I first ordered, I messed up, and when I called them, they were very friendly and efficient, and made the correction to reflect what I wanted. I received the item, and it was nicely packaged. I have been happy with what I received, and it is still in excellent condition and I've had it for 1 1/2 years, even though the date of the experience information won't allow dates more than a year out.

Love love love! I have been using these for a few years. I now have my husband, daughter, sister, niece and brother in law all in love with the pillowcases as I well. I send them as gifts. I also gave them to my hairdresser who said she loves her blissy silk pillowcase. My hair is smoother in the mornings and my face feels smooth I think it helps with my wrinkles.

Bliss is soft and extremely comfortable, but for me I love a cold pillow case and this one provides that! Love love love!!!

These pillow cases are just plain healthy all the way around. I have been a licensed esthetician and can report that these are definitely better for the skin in retaining moisture, therefore less wrinkles appear after sleeping. Very comfortable without being too slippery. A better nights sleep for sure. Less bacteria also. Love them.
