Awful experience. They offered a product online but when I ordered the colour was wrong and they asked for more money to change the colour. Following a number of emails they suggested I cancel and re-order, which I did, but noticed that they added a shipping fee on despite the page clearly stating free shipping. They tried to claim that shipping was free if I spent $70USD but not sure how that's possible when I was charged in £ GBP. Response is shocking and no idea whether I will actually recieve the product. It's a gift so was already sceptical at being charge over £50 for a single pillow case and I struggle to see how they justify this, despite the fact that they seem to always offer a sale that ends "tonight" despite the fact it's been on there for days. UPDATE - 26th May - They have now refunded the cost of the pillow case but absolutely no response to the content of emails. Clearly they are getting them but they can't be bothered to reply. Absolutely disguisting. Clearly a bunch of people who are only interested in making money and not providing a good service. Also interesting that the reviews on their website are all 5 star and my review (which obviously wasn't) didn't get added. How does that allow people to make an informed decision about where they spend their money. Update September 2025 - Still unable to respond to any of my communication. Complete failure as a company and would advise anyone else to avoid them.

Do not both ordering from this website if you are based outside of America. Awful service. They failed to deliver both items I ordered initially, so I had to wait for the other item to be sent out seperatly. And then after receiving the items, I asked to return them, and I then had to pay for my own returns label, so it cost me £23 to return a £70 order! Clowns

I ordered four pillow cases in white When they arrived they were definitely ivory in colour which I did not want I emailed Customer services who said the colour was ivory I explained that I would not have ordered. Them if they had disclosed this on their website Now I have to pay some ridiculous amount to return - to USA - also not clear on their website I'm not happy

I have a king size Blissy pillowcase and the zipper seam completely fell apart; for the price of these pillowcases, it’s definitely not worth it! This was gift and they were unable to help me at all- DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Wow - I just ordered one pillowcase and realised too late that there was already an automatic tick by (I think) four! What an absolute ‘trick’. As soon as I received the email confirming that I had paid £150 odd by PayPal, I found the email address and cancelled the whole order. Such sharp practice! They have confirmed it has been refunded. By doing that they have lost a sale.

Absolute Rubbish 3 out of 4 silk pillowslips have literally frayed at the seams. They replaced one only and that has come apart. These were all handwashed with silk appropriate laundry cleaner. Do not waste your money

Pruchased a standard pillow cas Nov 2023. Fabric attatched to zipper completed frayed and can apart. After several pictures to Blissy the denied replacement. There quality is poor and customer service worse. There are better products availbe. Do Not Purchase Blissy Products. BTW- I follow care instruction.

Scam artists. Fake reviews, only posted through their site. Won't post anything but 5*. RIPPED after few uses.
